This just got fixed. We saw this happen a while ago and had a fix in place to bypass how magento handles downloads by default to get it working properly with larger downloads, but on the last magento update the last weekend, those changes got overwritten. Larger downloads should work without a problem provided nothing goes wrong between the connection of the computer downloading and the store.

...I knew it had something to do with Magento. Lately don't all the site operational issues come down to this?

Again, an experienced professional in development who I know mentioned that this is the wrong software for this site. Considering the fact he keeps our company running on the digital level, I tend to abide by his opinion.

...but that's only my two Zloty's worth.

So, it was a retrace your steps... Ohhh, well. Then it's all good then. Don't throw away your Zloty's, Kid. They do have their value, though only 0.316 USD, or in your case 0.632 USD (since there was 2 Zloty's).

Okay, now you know it can happen. Are you going to catch it happening next time and fix it before anyone has problems?

Speaking of Magento updates, which you haven't been for several months, weren't we promised progress reports on the state of fixing the store? I know it's still being worked on, I see stuff changing every now and then, but most of the noticeable changes are cosmetic. We need to know what's being done to fix the major underlying problems that have been there all along since the changeover. "Pretty" can wait; we need "works".

    "Reliable" would be nice, too...
