Date: As soon as DAZ adds it to the store.

Features: the 1.06 release represents a huge step forward, introducing the multifigure feature which allows to create complex scenes with multiple furred characters.
We also improved overall performances, stability and added the initial support for animation capabilities.
Also, as the previous version you are able to load and save LAMH'd duf scenes.
Here comes a couple of promo images, and a brief movie showing how easy is to create multi-figure LAMH scenes.

Youtube movie link showing multifigure in action!

Stay tuned and check out for the release :)

Full Plugin users don't be afraid: as soon as the Full version is finished being tested, you will get all of the features of the player, PLUS many new features not in the player.

Definitely looks like a bug. I downloaded the player some four hours ago or so with DIM, so I guess something has hiccupped in meanwhile.

What kind of crash? Do you have a logfile.txt in your: Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/lookatmyhairAM/ ?
If so please email it to me along the DS log file at info_at_alessandromastronardi.com (replace _at_ with @)

No download link in my product list either.

+ I can't 'buy' it again, the Purchase button is greyed out (already 'Purchased').

The Mac 64 bit version is missing from the downloads.

Both 32 bit & 64 bit PC versions can be download along with the 32 bit mac version though.

I was told from DAZ that the 32bit OSX installer is actually valid for both OSX Studio versions.
I tested it myself a few hours ago and installed properly (OSX 10.8.4, Studio 4.6 64 bit).

I know from previous posts that the full LAMH and the player can't both be installed. I decided to wait for the new full version update, unfortunately that has changed. This morning I purchased RawArt's Werewolf and ran into problems. I have (had) LAMH v1 installed on DS 4.6. Whenever I tried to load the figure (with LAMH 1.0) it would crash (hard) and abort DS. This same thing happened with Sasquash. I got around it on Sasquash by loading the hair preset manually. I could not do that with the Werewolf because they didn't include the LAMH preset file as they did with Sasquash in the download.

So I 'purchased' and downloaded the player and though I really didn't intend to install it until after some investigating, the download manager insisted and installed it anyway. Now Werewolf works as do my own presets (haven't tried Sasquash yet) but my full version 1.0 LAMH is no longer in my menu. It has been replaced by the player.

I think you outlined a way to have both running. Could you be so kind as to run that by me again. There have been several LAMH threads and I can't seem to get back to the one that explained the problem and solution.

Rename the Full DLL to lamhPlugin.xx.dll_full when not using it. Name the Player DLL to lamhPlugin.xx.dll_player when not using it.

Then just copy the one you want to use as lamhPlugin.xx.dll

Replace xx with 32 or 64 depending on your OS, and dll to dylib if on a mac.

    Kendall,

    Thanks.

Since the player overwrote the app I assume that I have to reinstall the app (after renaming the player) and register it again?

You should not have to register again as your config file should be OK. But you will need to reinstall the 1.0 (copy the player dll first)

    Kendall,

I'm sorry to drag this out, and thank you for your patience.

I renamed the player dll (and copied it to be safe).

When I run the LAMH 1.0 installer it wants to uninstall the previous copy. I quit the installation until I was sure about the answer.

Do I let it go ahead and uninstall the old version (since I really don't know if it is referring to the installed player or the application).

    Alessandro,

I also have RawArt's werewolf crashing DS4.6 64bit when rendering (latest LAMH player installed).
Can I send you the log?

    Thanks,
    Peter.

    Alessandro and Kendall,

OK, all is well for me. Reinstalled LAMH 1.0 app and can now switch between the new 1.06 Player and 1.0 App at will.

I did not have to re-register.

Thank you both very much and look forward to the App update.
