Promo Not Working- PA Store Not Discounting 40%

I added the shapes to my cart, then items from Zev0's store, NO discount. That was 3am this morning. It's 1pm- no one else has had a problem? I've looked and unless I've just not seen it, I would assume someone would have posted about it by now. (Did I just miss the thread?)

Its showing the discount when I add it to cart. Are you making sure your logged in?
I bought Shapeshifter for Genesis about an hour ago and I got the discount.
Unless it keeps signing me out in split seconds- I've signed in twice before I posted. I know that even when it says Log Out it can mean you aren't logged in. I will try it again.
It is NOT working. Logged out, back in. I even cleared my cache/deleted browsing history. What gives?!!! Will shut off computer and try that. Wonky.
The gallery page is showing 30% off but will NOT let me add to cart. The product page is showing full price.
Only thing I can think is remove from cart, log out, close browser, clear cache and cookies then come back log in and add to cart again. It's something on your end that's causing it since others are seeing it proper.
It's not just her. It shows $10.95 on the product page for me as well. It shows $10.95 in the cart as well when sitting in there with the Shape Shift bundle (and yes, I'm on the actual cart page, not the drop down). No discounts are applied after the subtotal.
The promo I got in the mail said
'Buy a Shape Shift item AND any other Zev0 product to get these:'
You need to buy the shape shift something else then add a third item from Zev0's store and you then you get 40% off
at least that's how I read it.

(ANd no, on my side this is NOT a cache or cookie problem!)
IDK. I just added the Shape Shift Bundle to cart and that's all I have in there and I'm seeing the discount. I also did it with the packs individually.
and the line at the bottom says
*All items must be in cart simultaneously for special pricing to apply. Excludes new releases, $1.99 and $2.99 items. Can not be combined with other sales or offers.
So you must add the item in the cart with one of the shape shift items
It dos say, in fine print, that the discount excludes new items. Let me see if I can get a screenshot of it
As I said, I already cleared the cache, logged in, log out- as I said, I did that TWICE before even posting. Have done that several more times. Shut down and came back in. It's NOT my computer. Not a newbie at the frequent glitches DAZ has.
And fyi, NOW when I click on add to cart for the item on the gallery page, it NOW takes me to the product page!
And now others are having trouble too. Time to contact the web team.

Try one of his other packages that say "new". Belly Control, Face Weight, and Toe Control. Gallery pages show 30% off, cart shows full price with no discount. Either it's out of "new" status and the gallery view needs to be updated, or the "new" prices ended prematurely and need fixing.
yep, got it now, most items are too new....... with an older item, I do get the 40% discount (thr shape item and aging morphs...)

I've got new items, which thanks for pointing out- but when you click add to cart on the first page, it should not take you to the product page. That's the first problem.
Second problem- the product page SHOULD HAVE THE SAME DISCOUNT as the gallery page. That's what I was referring to as the contact the web team issues- sorry I wasn't clear.
You can always purchase the pack at the price listed and submit a support ticket for a refund for the difference if it's at all possible. I know sometimes people don't have the extra money at time to be able to do that.
And when I try to add the Face Weight one from the gallery page, it is still taking me to the product page FULL price. I am just trying to get the advertised 30% from the gallery page. Someone try it and see if you can add to cart from the gallery page?
Here is what I see.
*Smile* not a problem for me. But the gallery page and product page need to match. People might not REALIZE if they don't enter from the gallery page that the item is supposed to be on sale. People surf in from side menus. That makes this UNETHICAL for them not to fix it NOW, or unless they send out a mass email stating anyone who bought it at the $10.95 price gets a credit. The problem has been pointed out.
I'll just pass and not buy, I'm too ticked off. With the April(whatever the initials) store fiasco, they had to credit me about $50.00 and it took me over an HOUR to type up that mess. I only bothered because it was 70% and stacking issues.
If DAZ doesn't get their act together, I just won't buy. It'll go on sale again- with better discounts. So DAZ, you just lost a sale of three items. Sorry for the vendor, DAZ won't miss the sale but the individual gets pinged too. And it's not their fault.
But thanks for trying to assist and posting what you see.

I'm getting the discount on the new Shape Shift bundle but I've already got all of Zev0's other stuff except for the textures for Sheer Greatness which isn't discounted anyway. I will say that on the gallery page it's showing 30% off most of the items but the product page isn't showing any discount. As I said can't confirm cart behavior since I already had these items.
Definitely needs looking into.

BTW, the site did go "down" for five minutes after we posted. Was offline. So they may be trying. Haven't checked to see if it got fixed. But I already bought the shapes product (since 50%) and I meant what I said- I am not buying the other things to get 40% and having to submit a ticket (since now they won't be in the same checkout.)

Yea, I agree that I do like that admins try to jump in and help whenever they can. They're quite a helpful bunch. =D
Sometimes though, ya just gotta draw a road map. lol
And sometimes different people are seeing different things on the store pages, so the sarcasm is really unwarranted.
Please try and remember that Moderators are volunteers, in other words just normal forum members like yourself, but with some extar responsibility that we volunteered to take on.

I was literally showing him what we were seeing as opposed to what he was, and that it wasn't something just on her end if it's more than just her seeing it.
