    We've reported the problem to DAZ as well. After all that I am having a problem now. I didn't before now. On two of the packs the price show sale on the thumbs but not on their store page

    What I find mildly amusing is this problem was noticed by me at 3am and I got a complex because there wasn't a single thread mentioning it. You know that feeling you have of, "I don't want to look like an idiot and post a duplicate thread..." so I spent half an hour thumbing through commons, new users, members..... no one noticed this for hours and hours and hours and hours...????

    Anyway, thanks for posting Zev0- love your stuff! And I already had most the stuff in the store other than the three I was buying. Sorry this impacts you as I said before. We love your stuff!

    Thanks Cathie:) And don't worry about the impact effects lol. Things like this happen. Overall I am happy with the release and its response. Just need to keep moving on:) Hopefully it gets sorted out soon:)

    Don't know what is going on with the 'sale' but it sure isn't what's posted.

    Some of Zev0's thumbnails have sale prices and some of the pages do too ... but not the one item I wanted.
    But putting that in the cart anyway along with the Shape bundle to get price discounts on the other items ... well? Not one penny was taken off. So removed over $80 of stuff from the cart.

    If I buy the other items that are on sale at 65% off and later on Zev0's sale is fixed, well I will have lost out on the additional sale prices. Goofy. No dice.

    tried again adding more products from just the one store ... no 40% discount but yeah, the scales will come in free. [didn't we get those already]

    50% off DAZ Original People and Morphs ... but "Can not be combined with other sales or offers" ... so it would appear that they negated this sale as the products are actually on sale for 65% off.
    There is a word for this I'm sure. Why pick a product that won't be discounted, as the product to be discounted?!

    I've got the stuff I want in my cart. If the sale gets fixed, DAZ gets my money. Otherwise, the cart gets emptied.

    Since it's been reported (thanks for that) I'm sure they'll extend it. If it's not fixed until Monday, they'll probably extend it then. It's not fair to Zev0. And since it's been documented that adding the main product didn't trigger the discount, those of us who bought it (to get the 50% on THAT product) I'm sure they'll give us the 40% if we've bought the featured item. (SIGH- but that means filing a support ticket...here I go again. I'll have to think on it. I may have time if it's not the weekend..)

    Well the price on the gallery page is still 50% off, the price in my cart isn't so no sale here; what a mess, no wonder some venders are seeking other avenues for their products.

    Frank did state that this has been reported. It probably won't be sorted out till DAZ 3D office opens, but they do have a habit of extending sales when a glitch like this hits at the weekends.

    Remember that the QuickLook view of your cart (when you click on My Cart) will show you the last few things added and the subtotal. The cart page will show you the subtotal, any discounts, and your grand total.

    But that's NOT what's going on with Zev0's store. The problem there is that the product pages don't show the sale price, even if the store front page does.

    I tried this several times throughout the weekend... it never worked, even when I proceed to the final payment screen (no discounts applied to the checkout total)... I was going to purchase The Shape Shift Bundle at 50% plus some other ZEV0 products - I tried again this morning & now the Bundle is at 30%... So no purchase was made... I'm never in a rush to buy but will spend money if a good deal comes along...

    Actually they stopped extending sales because of glitches a while ago and it looks as if they haven't bothered this time either.
    But to be honest I'm kinda grateful Rendo's Prime club is having its anniversary.

    Well, you are not alone... I also hate being the only one to ask "Has anyone else got this problem?"... Most of the time I seem to be in the minority so aside from one or two "me too" replies it seems like people are either not experiencing it or just silently bearing it... at this point I just write it off and move on. I wonder how many other people do too.

    I have to wonder if DAZ's contract with their service provider includes clauses about "lost business" or "lost income" because of software problems.

    Nope. However they do make it up to us by placing our stores on sale at another time or by giving us a feature, if the issue has caused major sales. Other than that, shit happens lol:)

    Hate to be the one to tell you, but it's STILL screwed up. Store front shows the correct price, but put it in your cart and it's back to the regular price.

    Well I purchased the Faceweight genesis item at Rendo before I saw it here (I will probably be sent to purgatory or worse if I suggest such things are possible) BUT!!!!!!!
    What is wrong with DAZ? They can be so good but also soo bad with things like this on their website. . .

    So, I did some digging into this as to what caused the problem. A quick summary, the product essentially got stuck in "limbo" between leaving the new releases for its introductory sale price and being out of it. From what I can tell just from the database, it was supposed to not have the 30% off at all on top of the other potential discounts, but because it got stuck in an in-between state, the list page showed one thing while the detail page showed the other. We're sorry for any inconvenience this caused and our marketing team will be discussing it on how to avoid that from happening again and what we can do to make up for it.

    For those that bought it for the full price while the 30% off was still showing, feel free to contact support. I will be looking into how many customers it affected and see if the calculations that went into it were enough that I can auto-apply store credits (I don't know what the promotion was exactly, if it stacked with other discounts or what it triggered, so don't know how complex the math is going to be to figure out how much to refund). I'll email the head of our customer support to let her know the details and hopefully this will be sorted out quickly. Just to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks though, please feel free to file a support ticket.

    Aside from the extra 30% off three of Zev0's products that were incorrectly showing on the list page, all the discounts should be working without issue. One thing to note about the discount, if I read it correctly (the * which points to the fine print), it excludes new releases which the face weight morphs qualify and two of his other products fall under. If it isn't working correctly, reply to this and I'll make sure our marketing team gets it ASAP.

    I wanted to buy the Shape shift and the toe morphs but as your store seemed messed up and the moderators said they had informed Daz of the problems I didn't buy anything hoping that on Monday the problem would be solved and I could make a purchase. Unfortunately Monday didn't see any change except for the shape shift discount dropping to 30%.
    Sorry but I'm not going to now pay more because the store was yet again messed up on a sale.

    I agree but I doubt that will happen, to be honest I feel these days that they are hollow words.

    The store is a total mess today the gallery page for Raiya shows some items at 60% but you can't add to the cart from there and the item page shows only 30% -how can we trust in a store that is such a mess, how do we know what the supposed price should be. It makes shopping an unpleasant experience.

    The problem, which was fixed yesterday, was that Belly Control, Face Weight, and Toe Control were showing 30% off on the store page, but full price on the item page and in the cart. Of course, since it was a weekend-only sale, no one was there to fix it while the main attraction (Shape Shift) was still 50% off, so those of us who were waiting for it to be fixed before buying are out of luck, and DAZ is out quite a few sales.

    As Murgatroyd says that was the problem with Zev0 store over the weekend.

    If you are referring to Raiya's store yes it is like that now but it wasn't when I first looked, on the gallery page Dean and Sean were both showing at 60% off but I couldn't add to my cart from there and when I went to the product page the discount only showed at 30%.
    I realise that this was for only a short while but I cannot tell you how fed up I am with the shopping experience round here, you never know if you are getting the correct price or not and it just makes me not bother.

    Yeah your obviously getting that. I'm getting it correct price. Not sure what the issue would be there.
