Thanks, that helped a ton!
But now I suddenly got this error I've never seen before
Edit: Everything else downloaded perfectly through DIM, but Genesis had an issue. What does it mean to "make sure a path is defined" and how do I go about doing that?
It is nothing to do with Genesis.
The DIM is looking for the path to install the Photoshop Bridge for DAZ Studio. Unless you have a fairly recent version of Photoshop, you do not need the that plugin. Just click on OK, and carry on.
Yeah I see exactly what you mean, thank you for that.
However I made another mistake (shocking I know -___- lol)
I added those particular paths to the content directory settings because that's where all of the downloaded content went, but it's not uploading.
What did I do wrong?
Edit: Do I really even need the smart content? Because it is indeed showing up in the Content Library and everything else is working 100% fine thanks to you guys for sticking it out with me.
I don't use Smart Content, but it is there if I want to use it. That can be sorted out for you I'm sure. Just make sure that you can load, and render your items form the Content Library pane for now.
Well, everything is a success!
All of my files are 100% visible and working correctly in My Content tab, and everything is as it should be in Daz 4.6, not only that, I couldn't find a particular model, specifically a .CR2 file and I learned (thankfully from all of you guys' help) that I just copy those files into the correct folder, and voila! There they were and it showed up as intended in My Content!!
Man, I can't thank you guys enough!! You really helped me out and stuck through this with me to the very end.
Thanks again and I look forward to working with this right away!!
I am very glad to hear that :)
I hope you have lots fun with DAZ Studio.
