Okay, I posted in the other thread, but I see what is going wrong. First, there is a bug in the view you're looking at which is why it isn't showing there. Its a bit too late to have the mental capacity to fix right now, but I'll make sure it gets fixed early tomorrow.
As for your download, you can still download it manually. What you're looking at there is your order details. That page should have (but doesn't) have a link in the manual column that goes to that products Product Library entry. You can get to your product library to search / download files for any product you got on the Daz store. Here is a link to the SPEX product directly that the manual link should have been there for.

Anyway, that should fix it for you and thanks for giving us an idea of where to look for a bug we haven't seen before (or at least hasn't been reported yet).

I know it isn't the meat of the issue, but just a note that the Install Manger isn't for DAZ Studio only - you can simply click the gear icon (top-right) and add your Poser # Content folder, or whatever you use, in the Installation tab by clicking the + button (and remove the default location or any others you don't want by clicking the -), and set it to show only Poser files in the Downloads tab.

I download on a work computer, but render on a completely different computer, which doesn't have access to Internet (no reason to have one, many reasons not to have any).
The old workflow of downloading self-contained independent files and pass them to the CGI computer has worked just fine for me since always, I don't see any reason to change it anytime soon.
Download managers are nice for those people who get easily confused about where is what, but they are a major pain in the neck for all others, and specially the computer-savvy ones who like to stay in control of their computers and re-organize their runtimes.
(This been said, I'll stop polluting this thread with my (now solved) issue...)

On the download computer install DIM and download the products to some form of removable media (external USB HDD?).
On 3d/CG computer install DIM, run in local mode and install from removable media.
It works for me! :)

I can see how that'd be a bit of an issue. Being (reasonably) happily unemployed I tend to lurk around a local coffee shop with free WiFi with my netbook :)

I don't want to have to fire myself.Download the DIM installs and the DIM from My Programs, Install the DIM on your PC then place the DIM files in the DIM Downloads Folder. Click Install. The next time around just DL the DIM installs and repeat.

Well, it happens DIM is a quite well-known french pantyhose and lingerie brand... Its name comes from the brand's initial name "Bas DIManche" ("Sunday stockings")...

Okay, I've looked into the download and I've got a new problem.
I'm a Poser user, I can't use .duf and .dsf and whatever else files. I knew that I would have problems using this product, but I really wanted it.
I expected having to take the geometry files (the raw mesh), re-rig them myself, and then use the texture files to re-make materials (universal .JPG files at last).
My problem is there are no geometry files! They apparently are embedded somewhere, in some D|S proprietary files I can't read.
My question is, what can I do to get those meshes? (Short of installing D|S, for it doesn't run on my computer, and even if it did, I couldn't use it to save my life.)
I'm savvy, as most old Poser users are (I started using Poser before DAZ was founded), I know my way around meshes, I can rig, I can UVmap, I can re-create materials, but I do need the OBJ files to start with, else I could as well fire up my modeler and do them myself...
Slosh, this isn't an an accusation (even if it might sound like one), you've delivered what DAZ expected you to deliver, but I don't use D|S, and I was hoping my knowledge of stuff could make this product work for me nevertheless (with some effort). But I'm blocked.
Any help is welcome.
If you don't have the DSON Importer, the only option is to export an object from DS, unless Slosh can have .obj's added to the product.

I would have to export all of the morphs into .obj to make it work for you. I only have the original, unmorphed mesh in .obj. All of the morphs were done using GoZ and ZBrush, so I never needed to save out .obj for them. They are embedded into the .dsf files, which total over 320. Even without the character morphs, just the shaping and posing morphs are about 37 .obj files to make the morphs work. It is more than I have the time to do right now.

Richard, just out of curiosity, since I don't own Poser 9 or up and have never been able to use DSON, what is the function of DSON? Is there documentation or a thread I can read up on it? Like what does it actually port over to Poser, etc. I'm going to assume rg5a does not have later Poser versions either, or they probably wouldn't be an issue.
DSON itself is the format that Daz uses for its files (stands for Daz Scene Object Notation). Poser doesn't actually support Daz Studio files and likely never will despite Daz practically giving it to them on a silver platter, but I digress. The DSON importer does exactly what it says. It allows you to import Daz Studio format files (the DUF and DSF files) into a Poser-readable format. Some things won't carry across, of course, but what does is apparently serviceable enough.
I actually do, I have every Poser version including 2014 Pro.
What I don't have though is the DSON importer, which from what I've heard isn't so much a solution than a cheat, running some kind of D|S engine inside Poser (with all the performance problems one can imagine).
It means (that's AFAIK as I said, someone might correct me) you have to use it every time you want to use those D|S files, with no easy way to turn them to native Poser ones. (Which is the reason most Poser users, including me, don't want to meddle with it: Too many drawbacks.)
Oh well, too bad.
Lesson learned, D|S stuff is really unusable for Poser users; But at least I tried.
