  • thanks watchdog79, well the green version of Braineater is the version you get and that eyeball and brain exposed part of him think brain could be a different colour really and green colour could be different guess meant to be decayed and to pass to be accepted here but I prefer the michael 8 skin gave him slightly changed colour tone in places afterwards in paintshop pro, could've made it more real colouring and added blood but if did that pretty sure it'd get deleted like others done still could happen. Ok well the room is the Confinement Cell https://www.daz3d.com/confinement-cell Confinement Cell in Places and Things, Structures, Interiors, 3D Models by Daz 3D  you can't hide the toilet or sink so the shelves are slightly forward to hide the toilet left the sink but the charcters are blocking you seeing it.

the pottery wheel is made of a bowl and primitives namely the cylinder squashed flat also one long one under bowl but angle of shot don't see it. looked everywhere for a pottery wheel btw could not find one.

shelves these were hard to find work out as loaded them from my all files section in smart content, found worked out eventually came from Woodman House bedroom  resized these btw nice set image  https://www.daz3d.com/woodman-house-the-bedroom

though looking in my products could've used these shelves Maintenance Room in Places and Things, Structures, Interiors, 3D Models by Daz 3D https://www.daz3d.com/maintenance-room

vases pots extra came from several products changed some textures with fingernail textures and others image https://www.daz3d.com/decor-basics-floor-vases

several of the pots come from Japanese Garden which has been removed side note there was another Japanese garden/house bought prior that had been removed too so I returned it because thought if I'd have problems it wouldn't get fixed probably same artist

image  https://www.daz3d.com/the-secret-series-bundle this one actually comes out of the secret cloister set but this bundle is better lots of good stuff

that bird bath near Braineater's leg on the shelf is out of the genesis essentials

  • thanks Thyranq liking your Millarose. One of the things lighting wise I fight myself with is mood lighting? that fits the scene verses full blown fully lit as in I want to show off as much detail in a character/s skin extra instead of what looks right works for a scene like low lighting and visibility getting the right balance between the two

I love going through this thread, everyone is so creative!  Mousso's ladies must just be great muses.

I may not comment much, but I'm a frequent lurker here.  Always enjoying everybody's beautiful renders! ^_^

Agreed. I find just looking at her characters gives you a sense of personality - I don't find that with many other creators. Most of them can easily fit any role, which is also great, but Mousso's I find have an actual CHARACTER in there. You can look at them and get a feeling for what kind of person they are, and it often just leads itself into it's own render. Rhogue is a good exampe of this, she's got a real "tough girl" look to her, like a fighter or a soldier. Others look very innocent, some have a 'wild' feel - they tell their own stories, and that's great for render ideas!

Here's a render I did a little while back when Louisiana first came out. Her crew consists of Trinity and Sylvian.

Great renders people! Sorry I've been absent for a few days, trying to put together a rather large image, so been knee deep in trying to get all the scenes set up to get it all put together.

I did manage to squeeze this one out, though. Couldn't resist doing another render of Romina once I loaded her up lol.

  • Utterly captivating.

The more I see of her, in some ways the more she reminds me of Cheryl Cole (or whatever her surname is this week).

I don't know who she reminds me of, but she has a very strong air of familiarity. She's definitely my favourite character. Only complaints I have with her (and these are purely personal) is that I can't really find many expressions that seem to work well with her. She, to me at least, looks tremendously better with a very neutral, subtle expression. Other than that, her eyeliner options only really come with one for the top lid, so I find myself constantly adding an L.I.E. liner to her to get an all-around look, which again is personal opinion. Other than that she's perfect!

    Thanks for the comment!

  • she is pretty Thyranq.Yeah I go through a lot of my expressions trying to find a working one that works for the scene or character and yeah noteveryone works with everyone. If you go into your posing section you can select combine different expressions and amounts &/or the visemes from the expressions you own or if your feeling more creative you could go into powerpose and select face and move the dots to create a more unique expression

  • Romina seems best with a low histrionic content emotions. She's not one to be emotionally incontinent all over you. Definitely to be approved.

I have tried once to use the PowerPose utility, and it was... err.. how shall I say... 'difficult' to get an acceptable or believable result. However I used it with Reese to get this image (already seen in this thread) . Took me nearly an hour to get the very slight frown and mouth movement right. And a number of aborted attempts where I went back to the saved copy. Ho hum. Practice may make me a little better, but I doubt it.

    Regards,

    Richard

I've honestly never tried power pose for expressions - back in the day there weren't enough bones in the head to do that stuff, and I just never looked at it since lol. Must give it a whirl sometime & see how it goes - thanks for that.

Really nice image, Richard! That must've been posted before I hopped onto this thread, cause it's new to me!

    Really cool stuff!

Love the mirror on that second one, AngelReaper.

Very nice portrait, Wonderland. Really like the lighting on her face in that one.
