Not to jump on the bandwagon, but now I harbor a deep-seated fear that the MEGA prize at the end of the month will be a significant let down.

Right now, I am expecting nothing.

Don't parse that as "I have no expectations" - parse it the other way.

This way, I might possibly be pleasantly surprised... maybe.

I really would like to hear what the PC team were thinking when they did this.
I'm returning what I bought last week I've gone through it and realised there's only 1 thing I want to keep. I have no faith now that the mega prise will be of any use so I will probably returns this weeks stuff as well.

Yeah, I'd love to hear this too.

I don't make the decision nor does the rest of the mod team so we couldn't tell you why.
You can't but PC and DAZ3D official people known to drop by to answer questions from time to time. And I think this is a good question that needs an answer.

I was hoping for a Frazetta-like Conan set for Freak 5 - bear-skin boots, tiger-skin loincloth with steel cod-piece, bearskin cloak, bracers, horned helmet, and a choice of big sword, axe, or club.

Hah! You and the 'family friendly' thing... :)

Offered for comparison, the mini dress... It doesn't work anywhere near as well, although the ruffles look somewhat like he's torn the sleeves off, which is cool...

Kind of off-topic, but this is a G2F item autofitted to Genesis, right? I have the G2F clone for Genesis, and Sickle's Rig & Morphing System, but when I try autofitting a G2F dress or skirt to Genesis, I get strange bumps in the middle of the clothes. It kind of looks like the figure has a third breast and toast under the clothing. I don't have time to do a render at the moment, I need a nap before work, but all the renders I've seen from others with G2F items on Genesis look fine. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or my files are corrupted somehow.

On topic, my first thought was "Yep. Pretty much what I thought it would be." I picked it up, since I have plenty of dresses (er, in my runtime, not in my closet...), and I have all of the bundles that were offered. It might be useful for some kit bashing, especially with the huge collection of shaders I've amassed.

Feels like a missed opportunity. Looks like the were going for the "sexy" version of mixed martial arts outfit but they missed out on options to really sell the idea. Alternate fittings to make it more modest or perhaps skimpier. Various padding and other such options for the gloves. I can see not adding full boots but tied foot wraps fell fully in line with the concept. Instead of stopping with what was released, they should have aimed for "more".

Well, after seeing(?) the outfit, I did have to put my tongue back in my mouth, LOL!

If I ever did a work with that outfit on a girl (*), I'd probably never get another date again as long as I live. Whoops, there it goes (my social life)!

(*) and then SHARED IT with people who know me

EDIT: I'm not planning to buy it or use any coupon codes on it yet, but I should say that as thin as the outfit is, it might one day provide an educational exercise for me. I first noticed and then read the comments in prior posts about the ... umm... "lower bustage-hugging" aspect of this outfit and wondered if fixing that so that it doesn't cling so much might be a useful learning opportunity.

Oh well, that's for another time. And I'll never admit it in a public forum, either!

Am I the only one who lives in a city where directions are given relative to the strip joints?

Probably not. But maybe in some cases it partly depends on WHAT PART (*) of town you live in.

    (*) Twerking, or non-twerking? ;-P

Nope! Folks don't seem to realize that the Fighter outfit is G2F but the mini-dress is G1...

It mainly happens with tighter stuff; smoothing will probably help with the crotch, but nothing obvious for the top. There's no single resolution (a few things to try), but you can start from around this point in the thread to see the most recent dialogue about it. -- Morgan

OT is the G2F clone for Genesis a separate product or is it included with something else? How do I know whether I have it or not? I do want it.

On Topic: I'm taking a wait and see attitude here. I just discovered I do not have the V4 Pro Bundle. On the other hand I have accumulated so much for V4 over several years that I neither want nor need the bundle. I purchased what I wanted to purchase regardless of the powerup points and found only one product I'm sorely disappointed in. So whatever comes at the end for me not is just gravy.

No, it's actually not that uncommon as in many areas sexually oriented business are subject to to a lot of zoning restrictions that leave them in clusters. That tends to make them stand out a lot more obviously, which in turn makes them natural reference points. Especially when they're big and garish, as many of them are.

    A separate PA product

Dimension3D has promised an update to Gen X with a G2F clone at some point. Release date has not been given and he is probably waiting for the G2M before he releases the product.

I think it looks autofitted rather than made for genesis
this is Val Darona a V4 outfit on Genesis 1 S5, I imagine on V6 or other gen 2 F figures it would fit much the same and the breasts still fit better than that Fantasy fighter though not as well as original, a cleavage fix would fix it if I had it.

Actually, it kind of looks more like one of my unfinished battle nun outfits than my wrestling unitard, except the criss-crossed part of my battle nun outfit actually ends in a dress, not shorts.

They aren't clustered here. The only restriction on them is that they can't be within 300 feet of a school, and you can get a permit with an exception. They are littered throughout the city. We have few zoning restrictions overall. There are a couple areas where they are clustered just outside city limits (where our local 6" rule doesn't apply-- you can't get within 6 inches of a fully nude dancer), but aside from that, they're everywhere. Incidentally, liquid latex is how they get around the 6" rule. They aren't fully nude if they have on liquid latex, so their naughty bits are covered and the guys can touch them. Also, all the "smoke shops" aka adult stores carry it.

    First reaction: "No."
Second reaction: "Free isn't cheap enough for me to add this thing to my runtime."
Third reaction: "Well, there is a time-honored tradition of brothels offering "fights" as entertainment for the customers*, so at least the name makes sense."

    *See, for instance, onna-zumo.

Hmm. Sounds suspiciously like Houston. I've worked with a number of former dancers and the only restriction here that really bothered them was having to wear their license while working, as that let everyone know what their real name was.

I don't have to. I'm heading to the Tokyo International Film Festival in the morning and, believe me, those guys are barely the tip of the iceberg of weird that is Japanese low budget programming.
