    I picked up Vue Frontier the other day, and did a test render. I could get used to this.

    I have the Vue PLE (Personal Learning Edition). It's free, but with some limitations. Just haven't had time to play with it a lot yet, and I already have DS, Bryce, Hexagon, and Carrara.

    I just noticed yesterday that Vue 2014 is out or will soon be.

    I think "Complete" would be the one I would want. It seems to be less overall cost than buying Esprit or Studio and then eventually adding a bunch of stuff.
