When we lived in Mississauga, I use to drive past the old AVRO plant on the way to work..
Interestingly, the designer of the Avrocar went on to develop top-dressing/crop-dusting aircraft in New Zealand, where he eventually retired to & passed away.
Didn't know that! Thanks!
This would be a cool 3d model
As usual forum is FUBAR and not loading images

1953 Custom Dodge Series B Pickup. 3D model by Alex.Ka. (he also did the Halloween pickup I posted previously and a Christmas themed one).
Here's to hoping for a peaceful and creative new year, car addicts! Yeah we don't need no trouble, all we need is burning rubber:)
The Holden Sandman
Produced between 1974 and 1980, the Sandman was a sport coupe utility produced by Holden, an Australian subsidiary of General Motors. The model was popular with teenage couples and was available in a variety of bright '70's colors. The 3d model I used was created by Martin Trafas who generously made it available on Sketchfab. I ported the model into Daz Studios and added the distinctive Sandman stripe. The beach is meant to portray Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia. Rendered with Iray.
I've been converting a SolidWorks model of the famed Busso V6 engine into Blender & DS, courtesy of the original creator who kindly sent it to me. Here it is next to one of the cars it powered.
Also posted at DeviantArt and Rendo.

I figured out how to do anamorphic lighting effects, thanks to some starburst sets from ThePhilosopher.

It's a 1935 Adler Diplomat eight-wheeler
I realize this was posted in 2019, but can I ask where you got the old Massey Harris tractor?
Cool. Never heard of it, but that's not a surprise...I'm not a big car buff.

Don't know why I can't get these four pictures to load here. I really wanted to share them with you all. One of the nicest, cleanest, beautiful 1958 Chevy Nomads I have ever seen, and I can't get them to post. It's a first time for it to happen to me. I will play with the photos and see if I can get them to post somehow. You don't want to miss this incredible Nomad.
