FACE TRANSFER UNLIMITED PROBLEMS

in Daz Studio Discussion

Hello, I need help entering my serial number. I entered the serial number I was given, however the ok button refuse to highlight so that I can confirm. What should I do.

PS: I hope this is the right place to say this though. I am new here

    Reduce the possibility of human error (manual entry). Copy the serial number from the list in your account and paste it into the field in the dialog. Make sure to copy the entire thing.

    Also check that you haven't copied any leading or trailing spaces

    The OK button for the dialog does not highlight, only the checkmark to the right of the field will if the serial number entered is valid.

    I looked for it too but can't find it either. I searched here on DAZ and couldn't find a free version here either.

    Its very easy to find. face transfer

    Open up daz studio 4.12

    scroll across on top of the studio software to windows , then scroll down to Pane(Tab) then on that drop down list scroll down to "face transfer") when you click it it will open that face transfer pane tab . which you can dock anywhere in the daz studio you like

    I have daz studio 4.12.0.67, I looked undre the panes tab and it's not there.

    The only thing under my panes tab that start with ''F'' is figure setup.

    you might want to re install daz 4.12  & all the starter essentials again then..Because all starter essentials have been updated as well

    I assure you the face transfer tab is there between environments tab and figure set up tab

    you can check your plugins info to make sure its turned on or has been installed as well if its not there you need to install daz.4.12

     

     go to help , the scroll down to about installed plugins

    Are you using DAZ Studio 32 or 64 bit? It is 64 bit only.

     your mst be on a old version of daz  beta , because you said your version  4.12.0.67,  So that tells me you must be using a older beta version still, because the public release is 4.12.0.85 & the updated beta is 4.12.0.85 as well

    Finely, after two uninstalls, a PC reboot and a reinstall of Daz Studio it's there.

    I did have the older bata, now I have version 4.12.0.86

    My issue is still there. The serial number is not working. The serial numbers that I received is 9 digits. Is that correct?

    Cause in the space to add numbers there are so many xxxxxx. Please I need help as this is urgent for my work.

    The serial number should start with the characters before the Xs in the placeholder - SDZFTFR-010. I suspect you are looking at the order number, which is nine digits. You can find the serial number here https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers

    For me it is not "failed to load": "Library could not be loaded. File is not a valid DAZ Studio plug-in, or was made for a different version of DAZ Studio." But I have the right version. Do i have to delete alla DAZ files and reintall it?

    Is it listed in Help>About Installed plug-ins? If so what is its status, and what details are given at the bottom of the dialogue when you highlight it?

    The Face Transfer plugin failing to load on some machines may be due to a dependent library (e.g., msvcp140.dll) that does not exist on the user's machine. If this is the case, until we update the package to either include the VS 2015 redistributable or we can get a 3rd party library compiled with an earlier version of the compiler, users that experience this issue can download/install "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015" from Microsoft @ https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145 and this should resolve the issue.

    Thanks I did install that windows programme and I got a new message: "This plug-in was manually disabled." :o I didnt disable anything.

    And the pane is not available in Window>Panes(Tabs)? If not I think you will need to open a Technical Support ticket.

    I bought the Face Transfer unlimited package but I'm getting messages from Face Transfer that am using up my free transfers. Am I supposed to somehow enable the unlimited transfers?

    Have you entered the serial number in Help>About Installed Plug-ins and restarted DS? https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers

    Error: Face Transfer failed to load the base material preset. The image will still transfer, but with reduced quality. What is the base material preset?

    It is installed with the updated Genesis 8 Starter Essentials.
