    Thank you....I am following your instructions now.....ok I exported user data.....from both sides.....shut Studio down tried to delete and this comes up ....I think we are back to the how do I shut down CMS part.....

    Hit Ctl-Alt-Del...bring up the Task Manager...find the ContentManagement process...probably under Services, and stop it.

    Better not to kill it that way if you can avoid it -- go to Start > Programs > DAZ 3D > DAZ Content Management Service and there will be a link to Stop DAZ Content Management Service. A black box will open for a few seconds, then close.

    ok got it Mike....ok I deleted the file......now where do we go from here please.....do I re- start CSM and then open Studio???? ok I got it we are on part 3 restart and then start DS......Ok Houston we are clear for lift off.....Thank you Everyone soooo much!!!!
