There is a pose with exactly what you described...fly down only...jeans at the waist.

 

You may have to add a deformer to manipulate how far down you want them, but 99% of the work is done for you.

As far as I know, only Dzeng's DZPantz 03 and 04 have fly-open morphs (see below).
