Best be careful not to overlap with April's Fools, though.

    EDIT: Oh, yes: I see entries in posts 7, 28, 35, 38, 40, 43, 91, 110, 124, 125, 145, 153, and 161. If I missed an entry, please tell me now.

We do. CyperpunkNow that is right up my alley since all of my characters are "Cyberpunk" characters to begin with, and so is the setting of the comic I've been trying to write.

Wow! How often do you check your email? Those were actually spread out quite a bit. Although, there is usually one per night, usually around 2:00 am or thereabouts East Coast time. Plus one other once a month for the PC.

hey music, must be time to put DAZ on the spam list, I never get that many from them thank goodness. Good luck everyone that entered this month, it was a great theme with lots of cool renders.

No way, that is not to be done. Most people want to receive the DAZ emails, Many people rely on them to notify then of what is going on. Trying to get DAZ 3D listed as a spam provider is in no way cool. Each one of those emails was to let people know of the extra special offers that were available on that day.

And as Dana said, the list of emails that Music listed were sent over a period of time, and it is only during March Madness and other such major sales that there is this amount of email sent out.

As you can see from a list of them with the date of receipt. THe days when there were 2 emails is because one is the PC newsletter.

There is a setting in the profile to be removed from the email. It is not SPAM because the user has to have requested it via their profile. Most people complain that they *don't* get the email and then miss out on the good deals.

The emails that give me trouble are the forum bots...they just drop out and I then have to catch up on pages of posts in several threads.

Okay I have created April's challenge thread here. Good luck everyone. I will be checking the threads for any late comers that might have one more render they want to submit. Hope you have fun with next month's theme.

After falling off the planet for several weeks -- and then having to completely wipe DS4.6, the CMS, and the DIM off my computer yesterday (NVIDIA update caused CMS to stop responding, and uninstalling/reinstalling caused "child killed" errors, which are both frustrating and a little terrifyng, lol) -- I did manage to complete a render for the month. I even managed to create a freebie to share -- a custom pixie head morph for G2F, made in Mudbox. :)

GALLERY has been updated. I know rob has not accepted the entry but I checked all of your link Karibous and they are good so I went ahead and added the render to the contest page. I am pretty sure rob will accept your lovely render.

    Thanks, Dollygirl.

    FINAL ENTRY ACCEPTED!

Entries are now closed - and two of the judges have already sent me their picks. Assuming I get the third judge's choices sometime today, I'll announce the winners this evening.

And I must say that I am impressed with both the quality and the quantity of entires this month. We don't usually get over a dozen unless it's June or December - thank you all for making this month's Challenge a success!

(Oh, and nitehawk_ltd and Lord Ganthor share the unofficial and no-prize-awarded crown of spreading the widest nets - each of them used freebies from 11 different sites.)

Okay, I've kept you waiting for long enough. You want to know which images the judges picked.

I've never seen this happen before: each of the Honorable Mentions was one judge's first-place pick. But I should have expected something like that to happen, given the high quality of all of the entries this month.

The Honorable Mentions go to "The Little Sherlock Detective Agency" by MegonNoel and "Love And A Little Magic" by KaribousBoutique.

Third Place goes to "Just Like Bob" by first-time-participant Havos.

Second Place goes to "Just Like Mommy" by selias19.

And First Place goes to... "Sowing the Seeds of Tomorrow" by Lord Ganthor!

Congratulations to all the winners! I'll be sending each of you a PM regarding your prizes.

Well done everyone. Do not forget your PM's to the Blue guy with the sharp pointy thing, this only apples to prizes from the blue guy, so be sure to do all you need to get all your prizes, whatever that maybe. One winner's PM in so far and I thank you for that. The Prizes should start rolling out soon.

Thanks so much for the Honorable Mention :-)
This theme was a lot of fun and it was great seeing all the different ideas everyone came up with.

Congrats to Lord Ganthor, selias19, Havos, and KaribousBoutique!
