Are you sure you're really logged in?
I've been battling the random log-out bug for the past two weeks. Sometimes I'll log in, and I *appear* to be logged in, but I'm not *really* logged in. The logout button is visible, but I still can't get into my account, and neither my shopping cart or my wishlist are accessible. Nor is the Punch meter.
Yes I'm definately logged in as I just bought something. I even logged out and back in again but they are still empty.
For me, it appeared as 0 for a second and then corrected itself. Perhaps logging out and back in to the store would help.
Edit: Oops I see you've already tried that.

I tried it on 3 or 4 products and i keep getting not valid code.
Isn't it good MM sale item that are not new release.?
Did you type it in by hand or copy and paste? If by hand then you may need to contact support. If you copied and pasted be sure there are no extra spaces before the code
That screenshot looks like you have -30ff ('zero') in the coupon code, not 3Off ('O' like in 'Off')

Nope, you can even use it with items from MM category that are no new releases. Filter MM category (there's a daily link at bottom of MM promo page) for vendor DAZ3D and those items should have 40% (no PC member) or 58% (PC member) discount, if you get 2 into your cart those will have even higher discounts.
I didn't think the poses were new release I found them on by clicking shop more MM sale on the bottom of the page,.

That's correct, the items are 40% off alone,, 50% for more than 1, you get the extra 10% off so that makes 55% off for each item.

It's misleading IMO to state another 10% off because it's not 60%, it's 55%
We all obviously visit the forums, can you imagine all the people who purchase who don't- trying to figure out what the cart is doing? Some sales things stack and there hasn't always been clarification on the promotion page, but it's been a nice surprise. But adversely, if the additional 10% off isn't from the stated price but rather the reduced price, then somewhere it should state for a total of 55% off.
Percent discounts are always multiplicative, like when a DAZ Original has a 30% intro discount and 30% PC discount, it becomes 51% off, not 60%. Stating that in this case would imply that it isn't multiplicative in other cases, which would IMO be misleading.
Always assume that percentages off multiply rather than add. That's the way I remember it being taught in school, that's the way my daughter learned it in the last year or so.

An addition should be described as adding percentage points - so for March madness having two MM items in the cart adds ten percentage points to the discount (50% instead of 40%), while having purchased any of the three qualifying bundles applies an additional ten percent discount (multiplies the price by .9).

Just the buildings. The lawns, sidewalks and streets are a future product once he figures out how he wants to handle varying lot sizes. (per the thread that I can't find at the moment.)

When I bring up the March Madness page, it says I have earned $3 -- and have to use it by March 16 but I can't get the coupon code to work

What do you have in your cart? It can only be used on DAZ Originals, excluding new releases, gift cards, and items under $3.
