M6/M5 pants, make autofit over gens? - Masculinizer

can autofit treat the geograft as part of the body?

was going for 'the tent' effect for a scene, i thought it would be as easy as posing the gens and the pants would adjust over it.

i tried changing the collide against to the gens. upping the collide iterations.
i'll turn on the cms if that's what it takes.

crikey

iz a lot of pants to have to manually morph.

help!

thanks :)

there are bulge morphs for that otherwise use dynamic cloth, might need to grow the gens in a drape
start off with M4 shape too and use M4 cloth not fitted, it will slip down a bit to give your lowrider look too.

It's been tried, with an almost complete lack of success. If you don't have one of the hip morphs, the best option is to use a D-former on the clothes and fiddle with the settings until it looks about right.

If pants are supposed, why do you geograft the genitalia to the body? The bulge morphs do the job. It's like spending hours to apply a huge set of fine details morphs to the body covering it later with, say, armor or a rain coat or like that.

i don't see bulge morphs on pants. do you mean on m5/m6?

is there anything in the ds4 pro tools?

i can't be the only one struggling with empty pants syndrome.

M5 and M6 are coming with bulge morphs, as far as I remember (sorry, I got the pro bundles, so I am not 100% sure whether the bulge morph is in there).

Go to your paramters tab and search for bulge.

    There are free ones too:

Something to keep in mind with male genitals and pants - you need to 'pose' the gens to be like they will be inside a pair of underwear in trousers.

maybe i should ask support how to make autofollow, follow ...

Even with boxers, gens are soft tissue (most of the time) and will be effected by the fit of the pants.

What I would suggest, for the most realistic look, is a series of deformers applied to the groin area. Either that, or shaping the gens to look somewhat displaced by the shape of the trouser material and using dynamic pants.

    he needs more morphs
or wait for ds to have soft body physics.

I have used a spring modifier on the geografted bits in iClone, jiggles quite well
soft body would make it too flaccid

:) submitted to Support. i hope this isn't the silliest support request they ever seen

#164523 possible to make Autofollow follow M5/M6 geograft poses? include in collision?

my idea was to pose M5 and/or M6 gens, and then autofollow would fit his pants over the geograft?

    Is that possible?

i see the autofollow make hair props bulge over ears,
was wondering if that could work for the male geografts?

i look at the collision list, 'genesis' is in the list, but could you make a 'genesis with gens' in the list?

    Thanks.

I am sure they have heard everything
I would like autofollow for tails but prob not enough geometry for that or at least tails to be able to take on the uv mapping of the pants so you can apply the same texture

you could maybe crop a swatch from pants texture, then make it a tiling jpg on the tail ?

or use something like silkessence / fabricator and apply to both.

That does not look normal or comfortable for that matter. In a few places it would be classed as indecent...

Yep. Completely indecent. Give him my number, will you?

I've got a product to add gen bulges to pants. It includes a morph to fit pants over the existing gens. It's going to be distorting to a lot of geometries, though.

 junk gets mushed by pants. I reduced the size of those gens, too, so the bulge wouldn't look too large.

I will be satisfied if the men's pants fit properly, actually have a fly, and some wrinkles and pockets. =-)

Umm... We are happy for that too. Tenting is a render we so would like users to not post on the Forums. They have forums out there for that type of render. Keep it in the TOS folks....
