...bugger, as I feared, the discount on the Grass Shader just expired, now I can't afford it unless DimensionTheory's or AoA's stores end up on a Flash Sale. I loaded it in from my wishlist when I was at the coffee shop earlier today and now it's gone from there (I only make purchases through my Win7 workstation now because of the end of XP support)..

Sorry to hear you missed it. But all you could do was keep trying till it worked. The store I mean.
I have that and I've not really figured out how to edit out the Feet poke thru when its used. If I can not place figures in my scenes without pokies I'll not need it anyway. To me that is a big drawback to shader based grass. At least I know how to fix mesh grass.

...the really odd thing is the login-out issue "magically" cleared up after midnight Daz time.

I submitted a sales support ticket.

I still feel the Grass Shader will be very useful. As a matter of fact it would have saved me a lot of time on the scene I submitted to the Fantasy Attic May Challenge as I wanted a more "realistic" looking ground cover for the WRPS I used in the scene. Instead I had to load in a bunch of LisaB's plants and several of P3DA's Grass One squares (which are flat and look better for manicured lawns than natural ground cover fro a glade) just to hide the"flattened" ground surface shader used.

Came into a little extra cash and wanted to get the Grass Shader.

Try changing the number of items per page, then back again. Seems to be a problem where the previous page doesn't update, and just reloads again. You are actually logged in. Happens to me all the time. Easier (and quicker) fix than clearing your cache and cookies. :)

Does Emmawynn For Teen Josie 6 requires Victoria 6? Umm... maybe I should file a bug report soon?

edit: I forgot to mention that I don't have Victoria 6.

if she uses V6's uvs. looks like it's calling V6 displacement map.

Morning. A lone seagull calling in the dawn over a foggy amd featureless skyline, grey everywhere you look and not real bright - not much difference between morning and night except I get to head off into the so far stillborn day instead of sleeping through it :)

where did the seagull's friends all go?

Lost in all the fog I guess. Nearly noon and still not much sun :)

seems like his friends are hanging out by Sydney

Phoenix is going to be very large if he has Dane in him, and as they say needs strong leadership I would guess is a bit headstrong as well., I personally wouldn't like to trust a dog with pitbull in her make up, as with Violet, and there are some provisos in the description that would tend to emphaise that, as with the "looking for an active household preferably with a strong/firm leadership role.", and Neo sounds as though he will need lots of excercise, as terriers are very energetic and mischevious dogs.

    Just my thoughts.

Typing file paths in the format /My Library/Runtime/Textures/Daz/Characters/genesis2/Victoria6/Victoria6_Face_NM.tif feels weird.

"d:\my library\runtime" seems more natural to me. :D

I hope the customer service department isn't too busy. I can't imagine how many tickets they need to deal with. I know three people (err, gotten emails from) Britney, David and Christina.

Ok, time to get ready for lunch.

Yep, you guessed it, I was joking. This page from the Grass User's Guide might hold the answer for your problem. So if you made a map with black footprints on a white field...

My Bubby was part scooby. he had the beauty mark on his cheek. back then, when I went to the shelter, i asked who had been there the longest. it wasn't a no-kill shelter and Brenden was nearing his six months. it was no choice really.
i don't have the strength and energy i had back then. another great dane sized buppy would be tough right now. at least it's a no-kill shelter, so i don't have to have the guilt complex. Violet has the saddest eyes i ever seen, but who knows if they photoshopped the sads? :)

Dogs are very good at doing the "sad, puppy dog eyes" bit, regardless.

Just look at this little fellow, who was spoilt rotten all his life.

So if you made a map with black footprints on a white field...Yep read that blooming thing and that will work very well. My issue is I never know until I do it just were in the scene my figures will be and which pose I will end up with. Sort of makes adding the mask a pain in my tush. I am giving the Grass Shader a thumbs up for doing great things for adding realism in the places I can use it for fill. It does that very well indeed.
