The "Install Types" on the product page only lists DazCentral, so you won't see it in DIM or as a manual dl until it's fixed by Daz3d. That happened with Stonemason's latest product too.

I have tried using DazCentral, it completely borked everything. Ended up uninstalling and having to set everything up again! It's annoying how the download links for DIM are suddenly broken upon the launch of DazC, when they've worked perfectly for years. Hope that they don't decide to make those of us who will never touch DazC again suffer delays to downloading new purchases, as a penalty for refusing to make the change!
Oh, and I am in the same situation as you. This has happened on most of my recent purchases now, but I find I can usually get it downloaded the next day. Note that on this item the Manual Download link takes you to a page where there are no actual download links listed, which is new.
I put in a ticket just in case...

No sweat.... I'm just excited to get more Redz products and Daz3d is my favorite place to shop.
From past issues, when you see Daz Central only as a download, it seems to be a case of 'NO' download set-up for any method. But it will be fixed at a point in the morning. Although this is 3 July and a 3 day holiday for our 4th of July holiday in America.

I'm in the same boat. I tried to install the hair product and couldn't find it. I opened DAZ Central and then my DAZ Studio went down; mostly white screen, couldn't load anything. It looked like DAZ Central tried to eat DAZ Studio. Then, after a reboot, lost a monitor input and no DAZ at all. Just WOW. I had to uninstall DAZ Central (which deleted my DAZ Studio) and then reinstall DAZ Studio via DIM (which had to then also update).
What a mess!
DAZ Studio finally opened ok, still no hair product .. I'm afraid to download DAZ Central.
Definitely wait for the fix; you do not want to swap DazCentral for your normal install method.
Have the same problem. After purchasing there is no downloadable hair in DAZCentral or anywhere else.
I have the Scar Starter Bundle, Hugren, and Sitric hair in my shopping cart and am ready to purchase everything. Any news on the store fix for Sitric hair?

I purchased my cart with Scar Starter, Hugren, and the Sitric hair a short while ago. The Sitric hair is still unavailable in DIM. Submitted a ticket and will see how soon the missing hair takes to get in the hands of the customers. :)

So, 24 hours after buying this I still can't install it with DIM.
This is ridiculous.
No download method available in the product library at all. And given that this is now a weekend -- and a holiday weekend at that -- I wouldn't expect it to be addressed before Monday. (Hope I'm wrong on that, but it wouldn't surprise.)
I'm worried about this myself, as I haven't heard anything back from either marketing or support.
These issues only started to happen at the same time they rolled out DAZ Central. And I think we can all agree what an unmitigated disaster that has been for anyone who has tried to make that switch!
I too am still unable to download this product, which is annoying as I love Redz' stuff! Why couldn't this have happened with a product I wasn't to impatient to download? XD
Ticket submutted to either make available thru DIM and/or manual install or refund.
That's the only way to get Daz to realize we don't want Daz Central as long as it destroys the functionality of the current content setup.
It happened before - the only oddity is that it now says Daz Central is available when it isn't.
Still no download available in DIM this morning. Submitted ticket late yesterday.

It's a holiday in the states. No one is likely to respond quickly if at all I imagine.

I'm really frustrated with this now. This is not how you treat customers. There's clearly a breakdown behind the scenes on how product availability is verified in the store.
I do hope it gets resolved soon. I don't want to get a refund or do a chargeback. I want Redz hair. :)

There is never any need to do a charge back with Daz 3ds 30 day return Policy. A chargeback will just delay the process of returning your purchase cost.
I've noticed there's movement today on the forums to identify/fix some other sales going on this weekend.
When might we get some attention regarding the Sitric Hair? I mean, we've paid for it already.

Yep, I'm afraid it will be no sooner than that. They deserve the holiday time off. My store experience has been great up to this point, though I've noticed others having issues lately with things like serial numbers and DAZ Connect.
Some tightening up of the behind the scenes store processes seem to be in order. At the end of the day, they did take our money and did not provide the product. It seems like this unfortunate type of customer experience would be easily prevented with a little more care in getting products ready and verified in the store.

I've contacted all of the support emails, but haven't had any replies as yet. I'm sorry this has happened and very frustrated. Unfortunately it's something I have no control over, as only Daz can fix it.
