This is how the conversion turns out now. The one on the left ist G2. On the right is G8. The abs aren't there and the height is different.

The abs may be an HD morph (which cannot be converted as HD, it becomes non-HD).

For the height, I would have to think about it (and the log might help).  Is Height non-default?  I am used to convert store-bought characters and usually height is default and the scale is what changes.

This is my morphs folder. If I rename it to old, aren't the other morphs in there getting lost? Ore are they getting recreated? I am not very into this kind of stuff, Sorry to bother you so much.

Yes, the other morphs in there won't be available while it is renamed.  The conversion script will recreate all the used morphs.

It seams like it's working now. The character I converted, is actually based on Michael 6 and it has the M6 height. Once converted, it shrinks to the height of Genesis 2. And I have anothe question as well. Converting a DAZ Character, creates just one file and erases every thing else on the scene. Converting with the custom converter, it leaves the scene like in the picture and does not save the character. I have to save manually. Is that correct?
