    I got one a couple of hours ago. It's weird that you're not getting yours. :( When you go to "My Account" does it list the right email address?

    Yup. Haven't changed anything. Got everything up till June 30, then it stopped.

    May I ask which scripts you used for the Iray conversions? I have quite a bit of pre-Iray items but am not sure which script(s) to apply.
    I recently purchased Iray Converter for Genesis (https://www.daz3d.com/iray-converter-for-genesis), Iray Converter for G4 (https://www.daz3d.com/iray-converter-for-generation-4) and 3D to Iray Converter (https://www.daz3d.com/rssy-3delight-to-iray-converter) but have yet to try them out. Also, I imagine that I would need other converters for clothing (any specific one?) and hair items (example: https://www.daz3d.com/universal-hair-shader-for-iray)?

    I don't know which one she used, but this one is really good: https://www.daz3d.com/n-g-s-anagenessis-2-revolution

    yup, got my receipts too, last was fri 10th, also an answer from support came in without a hitch... and i live in europe, in case a backbone was awol...

    Ohhh this one does look good @WonderLand and seems to work with any product (clothing, prop, character...)... I am soooo entirely new to this Iray conversion thing.

    do you have an alternate email? might be practical to keep up the conversation with support if they can't reach you with your usual email

    You may want to ask someone to shoot you an email to see if you are receiving emails at all.

    Thanks @LAdair it take take about another half hour to show up again for me which was strange, but finally did and I managed to spend more money on things I probably didn't really need LoL

    I just used the included Iray Uber shader that comes with Daz Studio for the clothing, then added a tiny bit of translucency to the jeans. For the skin I used my Altern8 Skin Shader System product - the Gens shaders are actual shaders so you can use them on older generation figures. After you apply the Gens Shader you just need to drop the "Vol" of the Translucency Color to about 150.

    The free iray ubershader that comes with DS isn't bad, but NGS Anagenessis 2 is my go-to for adapting older generation figure products to iray, as it creates all of the needed maps automatically.  For clothing and vehicles, though, I usually use Vytohria's convert-it sets that she sell over at renderosity, as they give you a bit more control in trying to duplicate the surface textures of specific materials.

    Thank you Cybersox for the insights... I have just been feeling a bit overwhelmed with this Iray conversion thing... it has already been quite a challenge learning to use DS but this conversion issue is a beast on its own (add to that notions on translucency, SSS... what not, and it gets really overwhelming). I have purchased a couple of converters but am realising only now that one product could have suffised and I probably have purchased several duplicate scripts (eg. just purchased an Iray converter for Horse2 and 3 other converters for G4, G5 and 3Delight which probably could have had all been replaced by one NGS Anagenessis 2). I will check out Vytohria's product.

    Oh that's not good! Mine turned up after about 40 minutes. Very odd as that's never happened before.

    Ditto.  all of the old stuff being used in the promos is the, but it's like they forgot to actually post the products.
