I have an Elder God in my cart and no Voodoo Add-On Discounts are appearing. Pretty sure I've never said that sentence before. Here you can see the bottom three add-ons not discounting.

So first, you need two new french quarter for a free voodoo bundle. Once I add a seond new, the bundle goes free. However, I am not seeing the bottom two discount, like you. Will report.
Wow. Did I not see all the new items a few minutes ago, or did we just receive a couple more? I seriously don't recall seeing two of today's new releases a couple of minutes ago.
I'm seeing 10, which is how many were there when I first looked at the new items 3 hours ago.

The "Voodoo Addon" discounts don't seem to be triggering. I have two new releases in cart. The free bundle and the free "voodoo perks" items are going through perfecto, but the addon which should be 60% off is full price in my cart... Or are the "voodoo addons" restricted to if you're only buying one new release, and if you're buying more than one you can't access that deal but you get the bundle and voodoo perks??? It's not totally clear.
Got to say, this has to be one of the most confusing and convoluted sales banners I've seen yet lol although it's a very generous offering... so "thanks!" but also "wuuuh?!"
Haha, it's true! I am one of many members of the Daz marketing team who got sucked into the Daz time vortex but don't worry I should be getting out in "4 hours"... which... wait...

Apparently, I spend too much money at DAZ. This is the second round of sales offerings where all the "freebie" options are things I've already purchased, so there's literally no incentive for me to purchase anything new outright.
Admittedly, the quality of the content is an incentive in itself...but if DAZ is going to give away things for free based on purchases...they might want to consider a baseline bonus discount for people who may already OWN all the stuff they're giving away for free. I mean, they actually GOT my money on these Voodoo bundles in the past...why not give those of us who've supported the products in the past a bit of a kickback now, as well?
The flash sale is just not working. I have tried several new items with the item from the "free" list, and nothing. Help?

The Bogo-Flash worked for me. Be sure to add a new release and a free item from the list and enter the code at checkout. Good luck and happy shopping!
The BOGO sale is weird. It's like giving away free gasoline when you buy a Tesla.

And now it is extended for "2 more hours". I wish Daz would have extended yesterday's 3DU Flash sale that didn't work for quite awhile instead.

Although, I wanted items from the Marshian and Sedor sale.
I think it's because they are all DOs, no PAs involved.
There are other DO old products that are not put in these flash events. They could use a wider variety to entice sales.
To be sure, I checked and have 4 DO products on my wishlist that fall in the same product number range as the current selection. The sales of older products seem to be a focused selection of clothes and hairs; character related.
Well, if it's on your WL, you might buy it some day. If I were Daz and I wanted to make a big deal about giving stuff away, I wouldn't give away things people might actually give me money for some day.
Might not be the case. I have the habit of putting things on my wishlist I will never ever buy, but if I get them for free, they might be incentive enough to buy something new. Other people might do the same.
Lots of people, I bet, plus others who are willing to pay but only rock bottom prices, and keep that stuff wishlisted so it's easier to find when the big sales come. I do both.
I picked up some inexpensive stuff from my "nice to have but can't justify without incentive" list, and cleared some G1 items off my wishlist. All were $1.99 at some point during the PC+ Sale, but for one reason or another were things I had to pass on at the time. Spent $17 and walked away with a new pose set, a G8F outfit, a tile pack off my wishlist, textures for two outfits I plan to buy in the future, plus five wishlisted items that I regretted not being able to buy back in June.
Daz got an extra $7 (and change) out of me by incentivizing me to buy those nice-to-haves. Otherwise I would just have waited until the next PC+ sale and spent $10 on the wishlisted stuff I would never pay more than a couple bucks a pop for.
I've been shopping here for several years now and I have to admit that the exact same thought came to my mind when I was trying to figure out today's sale.
I just tried the deals and they are working as expected.
