    Same here - no credit received so far, so support ticket submitted... unfortunately, I don't think there's a magic "fix store credit" button, so somebody is probably working through their lunchbreak trying to get it all sorted, LOL.

    I believe the store credit should have been issued by now, please check again in your Store Credit page (I think it will show an entry labelled Adjustment and the amount)

    Same. No store credit.

    Last time there was a thing like this, I saw an entry that said "Updated" in Store Credit, with the $ amount.
    There is no adjustment this time.

    Did they code all the Honni 8 Add-Ons properly? I don't understand why this one is so sporadic across different users.

    I'll file a ticket if I need to, but I have no time-dependent items in my cart at the moment, so I can wait.

    Has there been any resolution to the confusion about why Vernea Fae is in the Pro bundle but not shown as part of the bundle on the sale page? Is Daz now intentionally including old content in new Pro Bundles, or is this an error? Mods, did you get a response from Daz about this?

    I've been trying to use my PC+ $6 off Daz Original coupon. I've got 2 new releases (Spectacle of Wrestling for Genesis 8, and Voracious Action Poses for Genesis 8 Female). Plus, The Brute 8, Orc HD, and Elios 8 in my cart, but the coupon won't work. I've even tried removing the two of the three figures from my cart one at a time, but the coupon still doesn't work.

    Am I missing something, or are coupons not working on this offer?

     

    (I haven't used the coupon already. I keep track of stuff like that).

    Can't say this is the case, but from past sales that also had "fixed" special prices, additional discounts (like the PC+ coupon) do not work with them. And since the two new items are not DO, then the coupon do not work because it finds no item to trigger.

    Right. And so, I haven't purchased it. If including old content was an error and it will be replaced with new content, or we will be compensated for already owning it, I may buy the bundle. If we don't even get an answer, and it is left like it is now, I won't buy it, I'll be disappointed in Daz both for including old content and for not responding to our questions about it.

    Thanks, I didn't see that message. Now we know that Daz thinks including old content in a new Pro bundle is acceptable. sad It's not the answer I had hoped for.

    For all we know it was a one time thing.  It's not like it's the first time they bundled old stuff.  They did kick back 30 bucks (with add-ons purchase) 50% additional off a bunch of DO stuff and give a 20% off the cart with this, which is also pretty unusual.  I didn't like the bundle, so I passed, but I don't think the sky is falling.
