    I'm getting "Wrong gift card code" when I try to redeem the gift card I just bought.

    Check for a second email with another code. The regularly send two emails, with one of them inevitably having the wrong code. Must be some kind of glitch in the system.

    Same here. The code for today's new releases is incorrect and needs to have the 'H' dropped from the second word. Since not everybody reads the forums maybe a nice mod will report it to DAZ so they can correct it on their end.

    Neither version seems to work for me. Is this because I used the 50% code, then went to the code for new items? Have I misread this?

    Also, I didn't notice that the other code stated 5 items + a new item: and the code worked for an extra 50% discount without a new item. So a bit confused by this sale.

    The FA selection for Zeddicuss includes only three items, and the coupon for an extra 50% off FA items isn't working for Zeddicuss products that aren't part of that very short list. Is this a mistake? Was hoping to grab some Z items from my wishlist.

    Can you show your cart? I just tried it and it works. You may have to try troubleshooting (clear cache, relog, hard refresh, another browser or device).

    Tried clearing my browser cache and relogging in. I'll try a different browser as well. FYI, the first time I put the code in I don't get an error, but the price of the cart doesn't change. It's the second time I get the error.

    Edit: I get the error with Firefox as well, but there it popped up the first time I tried the code.

    Edit 2: I get the same error on my phone.

    AREA-FIFTY coupon works with 1 New Release + 5 Featured Artist Items (50% off), you put 7 New Releases + 0 FA items

    I have 6 new releases and 1 FA item (the Deapsea Eagle bundle) and the 50% off coupon works in my cart.

    After some experimenting, the 30% coupon will work as long as I only have 3 new releases in my cart. If I add a fourth new release, no matter what it is, then the discount goes away.

    It can be used for up to three new releases, just as the other can be used for up to five back-catalogue items.

    Ah, that explains my error  - had four new items in the cart. Removed one and the coupon works as advertised. THANKS DAZ!

    Okay, what's the trick  this time? The coupon description *sounds* fairly straightforward. An extra 30% off up to three of today's new releases. I have two, they are today's releases, that is all that I have in the cart, and am being told the coupon is not valid. 

    I don't really see any additional concealed hoops that I'm supposed to be jumping through, here.
