Of course I would want context of what they meant by good; it is subjective.
Ever been to a 'restaurant' others recommended as good, and thought it was poor?
If there were any 3D figures that were indistinguishable from real humans it would put all actors and models out of business,
To make any 3D model more life-like, use the parameter dials and make everything about the model asymetrical. One side of the face is very different from the other side of the face. One eye is higher than the other. The nose isn't perfectly straight, the mouth isn't perfectly level. The hairline is not uniform. When you pose the figure, move the slider for EVERY joint, and - eventhough pose sets are wonderful, real humans seldom conform to poses. Always put some expression on the face. And don't have the eyes stareing straight ahead. Introduce randomness to the poses and expressions - small elements that don't make any logical sense - people don't sit with their backs ramrod straight or their heads perfectly level. Avoid making the figure look like a plastic mannequin.
+1 if someone asks for "a mexican restaurant" I'm probably at minimum asking what their price range is. both a fancy sit down restaurant and a taco truck might be mexican, and both might be good. But if someone is looking for one and I suggest the other, they're probably not going to be happy.
