Fantastic! Thanks for this list. Is there a easy way to find the actual freebies? The location of the freebies vs just art work is not obvious in many of these galleries.

You're very welcome, I'm glad it can be useful! With a lot of them, if you click on "Gallery", it will take you to a screen that often has different "folders". Sometimes one of the folders will be called "freebies", "downloads", "models", or something like that. Others are just all mixed in with art, unfortunatly. Each person builds their page a bit differently, so there's no one way to find anything for sure. Sorry!

All of Shinteo's characters are released for free on the Patreon page. They release them a month early for Patreon subscribers but after a month they go free for everyone, no subscription needed (unless you want to support or need a new character straight away. The only things that stay Patreon only are images, go figure).

A long time ago, on the Faeriewylde site, there was a model called an air plant. That site closed before I could get it. Just recently I saw it as a freebie on Deviantart and then lost the link again. It was called an Air Plant and it looked kind of fern like with pods thet looked similar to Lima beans. If anyone sees it please let me know. There are a lot of other Sci Fi or Monstrous Plants but I have all of those.

There are also some pages that have collections from multiple artists for ease in locating freebies for Daz3d, Poser and Blender.

I decided not to include specific links, as they may violate TOS (can't avoid NSFW images). Some things displayed on these collections pages are not just NSFW, they are NSFH (not safe for humans). Some items are made for ah..um...."specialized interests"....which in some cases I would have preferred to not have known existed.

A search for "daz dl", "daz downloads", "poser dl", "3d resources". etc. will yield both individual items and collections. Some specific collections can be found by searching for "replicantdreamer/favourites", starcraft13, mollytabby/favourites, tkdrobert, maricorsair.

Also, some items and characters are extracted/ripped from commercial games and converted to various formats (it often states this on the pages for the character or item), so be cautious here, too.

You may and yes it is Sumire with mat file from the S.H.A.D.O Uniforms for V4 package. I listed all of the freebies and their links that I used for the image in the LJ Studios Art Work and tips thread.

Thank you, I removed that link. I wish I had more time to work on this list, but I'm afraid it's semi-retired due to me just not having the hours to keep it up. I hope it can still be helpful to others, though!

thanks a lot for this list! besides the obvious link to moahr very welcome freebies, this list is great because finally, i have the DA page of some of the creators i already got freebies from ages ago, and since i always credit my 3d sources - free and pay - under my renders, i also know where they are on DA now to additionally @ mention them, not always easy to find since some have different nicks or they write them differently as say rendo/sharecg etc.. ^^.

You're very welcome, I'm so glad it's helpful! It can be really hard to find people on DA, I feel like I'm treasure hunting when I look for freebies there, lol!
