...that's why I want Steph6 (less "well endowed") as it is easier to create more petite characters without the breast mesh distorting like it still does (which affects the look of clothing fits).
Even using the "Breast Gone" morph or "Chest Adjustment" from the Growing Up morphs tends to make the areola region collapse in on itself which is noticeable after autofitting. Also reducing the breast diameter does not affect the entire breast mesh (down to the pectoral). I've tried adjusting the pectoral scaling as well but that only produces an unnatural shape. There are so many morphs to create and shape larger breasts but really none for smaller ones. We need an NPM set for the Gen2F characters (particularly Teen Josie).
Maybe they should just remove the fastgrab altogether. I remember when you needed to hurry and purchase before it was changed..... now you have products stuck in fastgrab jail for weeks.

More likely DAZ wants you to have a good offer, but makes the newer figures (S6, Giselle, L6, Gianni, A6) remain paid. It is logical. But show V5 and M5 some love, they're free today! See "Limited Time Freebie Message Alert Thread" at Freepozitory.

I generally do not purchase individual characters as I tend to rely more on custom morphing using the various morph resource kits available. Only when a character morph/model offers something that isn't available with the core figure (like the more petite physiques of the Gen4 Thorne/Sarsa characters or Steph4) do I become interested. Achieving a smaller breast size has been a pain to deal with since Gen4, as everything seems to be structured for a more "buxom" rather than petite physique. From looking at Steph6, she could be an answer to my struggles for creating "less endowed" characters (particularly if the NPMs are updated for her).

For me and several people, Arcane Wands was the new release. The good thing is, finally, Fast Grab has new selection. SF and steampunk, not my cup of tea, but at least it is on again!

Considering how many people (who don't use Daz Studio) still use the Generation 4 figures, I think you might be worrying over nothing. Okay, I hope you might be worrying over nothing.
Anyway, I'm taking the opportunity to get the Kids 4 Pro Bundle (which wasn't one of the ones in the giveaway last year).
Well, I wonder why there were M5 and V5 basically given away a few days ago while Generation 4 figures are vaulted. Perhaps DAZ wants to earn income from Poser users, thinking DAZ Studio users are likely to stick to Gen2F and Gen2M instead of good old Genesis. But it is insane. And Generation 3 figures are full-price no matter the sales :(. Are there any products showing up that are exclusively tailored for A3 and H3? Those are delightful figures for faes and children. If DAZ stops supporting them, why wouldn't they and their morphs (Morphs & Maps) become free? V3 and M3 aren't so good-looking for today's standards, but A3 and H3 certainly are. Why don't they do something about them?

Yes, they are - I was talking in a way of present sale tactics. Generation 5 figures tend to become cheaper than Generation 4 ones, which is quite surprising. I have a feeling V4 and M4 as well as their derivatives will be supported for years on from now. Even if Generation 5 people start to be less supported.
Remember I'm talking about characters only here. Hairstyles can have fits, clothes may have different versions, poses can be applied cross-generation with tweaks. Characters without GenX(2) are tougher.
When stuff is vaulted, it is removed from the catalogue. No generation 4 figures have been vaulted.
Let's call it "discount-protected" then. I mean, Genesis stuff shows on Fast Grab, some figures are given away if you buy something else and so on.
Before Genesis , I believe Daz reduced the price of all base figures to $0.00 for a very long time.
I purchased the A3 Pro Bundle at a steep discount.
Yes all were free and come up cheap from time to time in DAZ originals sales
Is a matter of if you can wait or must have now.
Certainly those bundles were good value for those who did not have them.
