Was looking at dForce RN Kids Outfits and Poses for Genesis 8 Female(s) and I only see one (1) outfit in two colours. In the description, there's an Outfit Set A and an Outfit Set B listed. What am I missing?
It does look like there is more than one pose, however.

Looks like they count the black set as one and the white set as the other. It does say 25 poses. Looks high quality but a few more texture/material options would be nice. No doubt we will see them as a separate product at some point.

I doubt that. There's no similarity and Nirvy is exclusive. Nirvana is probably a Chinese collaborator like FESoul.
Yeah, I did think it unlikely but the similarity in the name got me wondering.
The more I look at it, the more confused I am. Is the thing tied around the shoulders a separate item or is it part of the top? The image of the sets laid out flat suggests it is a separate item but if it is, I'm not sure what it is listed as.
Yea I'm trying to decide if I want this or not, its just really difficult to tell what is included.
Neither, it isn't even included in the outfit. It's no doubt shown because of the DAZ sensibility to shoulders.
Thanks. I'll pass then its the one thing I really liked about the outfit so its rather dissapointing that something used in the way it is is not included but its something I'm seeing more and more, its getting really hard to shop here anymore, promos that don't really inform the buyer of what is actually for sale and so many screwups on release with things being released which are so faulty they are unuseable.
Here are both versions of the outfit, straight from the box, draped over the 'A' pose and with dForce applied. The model is Angel Wings' Aster retextured for the Daz sensibilities. And the hat don't fit a kid's head.
Disappointed.
There looks to be some nasty problems - especially obvious in the pale set.
I think I may have inadvertantly fitted it to the Toddler (I meant to click tween). I'll do another set to see if the problems persist.
Edit: Nope, they're tweens. I might ask for a refund on this set, it's rubbish.
That outfit doesn't claim to support Growing up morphs, it's not that surprising it's not perfect when using them...
Oh, that's a major turnoff. The shoulder tie thing was something that made the set very interesting, and it was featured in most renders. Now... my interest in buying it has dwindled to... not so much.
That's a fair point, something I didn't think of. So I tried it on Amber who, so far as I'm aware, does not use the Growing Up kit. The dForced outfit is still very rough, the hat still doesn't fit, and the shoulder wrap is still missing.
Amazing outfit, though i don't agree that it's "kids", eh... like at all...
Pose pack might be "childsish", but clothes look pretty universal... Something japanese or italian "trendy" youth (from teens to 20s) would wear, not?

Mark, if you're willing to help just a little more, I would appreciate it before I pull the trigger on this purchase. This item is called "kids outfits" but for supported shapes, it lists a handfull of the G8 char\acters. Do you have any of those characters that you can try the outfit on and see how it looks?
I'm think that this is called a "kids outfit" but isn't intended to be rendered on younger characters at all and I was wondering if you can verify how it looks on the adult characters

This is the outfit on Monique 8, one of the listed characters. Well, at least the hat fits...
There are separate icons for simulation settings for the pants and top. I hid the top, clicked the pants icon and ran the simulation, then likewise with the top. I'm far from a dForce expert, but this doesn't look right. Unless there are clothes moths in her wardrobe.
Even with the shoes, really.
It's a lot less interesting without the sweater on the shoulder which is shown in Every. Single. Image.
WOW thats even worse - so does it only really work with one size/scale, figure/morph, bit of a poor buy in my opinion.
With that and the problems using it on other morphs has pretty much reduced my interest to zilch.
Is it "dforce only", or there are also presets without simulation?
Anyway, i'm still puzzled overall about this product, as i posted above :)

No, the top has sliders for Robyn, Mika, Sakura and Rynne. The pants have no character specific sliders.
What an odd selection of characters.
It looks really high quality and the poses are good tho it's not personally my style
I might get it someday for the poses
When fitted? Morph that match morphs you have on the figure will not usually show, only those that do not have a corresponding morph on the fitted-to figure.
