Ditto, that's why I picked B too.
I assume there is a way to do it by using decomissioned stuff that looks (almost) the same, like from WW2.
I'd have to vote: A
Ties never look good in DAZ...they always fold between the pecs....
JD
i guess they will look good with Dforce or separate tie prop
A then C, but frankly would be just as happy with C then A.
I would vote for a Mal Uniform Pro Bundle
A
Oorah!! ;)
Laurie
C for versatility, but I do love all three of them! Also, different shape ties would make the C set even more versatile; you could easily use it for all types of "generic security/police/military" uniforms then.
The tie needs to be a prop with morphs rather than a conformer. Also, underneath a jacket, a dickey prop with cuff props rather than a conforming shirt would avoid the distortion disaster common with men's suit outfits.
I have been struggling with a shirt and tie where the shirt is dForce but the tie isn't. I am about ready to tear my hair out. The shirt falls forward into the tie and explodes with depressing regularity.
Also don't forget:
A comes with a sword. the Mameluke sword for the zeroes and a saber for the working men.
I would love to get a male uniform pro bundle but obviously "they don't sell well" according to this forum.
I thought we were supposed to keep it decent on the DAZ forums? I'm pretty sure everything you just said qualifies as dirty talk. ;)
I would not be able to throw money at that bundle fast enough.
A
Because of its more eccentric design, it is more useful for sci-fi style renders, which are my main interest.
This ^
C is most versatile for me
C. The huge pockets on B look sloppy on a US dress uniform.
What version is winning now?)
I love the look of A but it practically screams "American" and the character I'd use it on is British, therefore I must choose B since that one doesn't look too hard to adapt. But they all look terrific so I'm sure whichever wins will be great.
They're all great, but I'll go for B - espceially if the fouragerre is a wearable prop. been trying to get one for a Foreign Legion uniform I;ve been working on..
both A-C
C first since its applicable in more cituations IE: more people will use it.
A because its by far the more atributed uniform for Marines and great if you feel like having marine guards in a scene
one thing if you do any of these make the patch removable and other Rank insignia available having several people all the same rank becomes obvious in a scene
