Agree with those that say Lee is one of DAZ's best releases of recent times. Great morph and the default materials didn't give me too much of a headache, which is always a bonus.

With a pretty standard 3-point light setup, a few material tweaks (mostly SSS/diffuse/spec), and a touch of post I got something very close to what I typically want within about a half hour.

Lee 6 and all the other past promotions look really good, but to give us all better incentives, you should take away the so-called freebies and replace them with new freebies !
I think, that I'm not the only PC-Member, who can't see anymore all the old stuff, which we already have and which is now offered once again as a "freebie"
Or you should offer to PC-members other freebies !

Ghostpanther, I'd not be so hard on DAZ. I believe running a freebie promotion requires permission from the PA. It makes sense they offer older items, which have already made profit for the PA and DAZ. Fortunately DAZ has both customer bases. Complaining about the freebies of yore won't help, I think. Just recall how many items you've been getting for free through all this years, both as a PC and a person from pre-free DS era. One simply can't get all the offers, this is business, mind it. If I were you, I'd get to play with Lee and see the positive :).

But as they are suppose to be a perk of the PC we indirectly pay for them, it devalues the PC to give them away to all a few months later.

But back on the subject of Lee

Very nice character I am impressed by the last 2 male releases a welcome addition to the pool.
    Quick render.

I could be wrong, but I think all (and certainly most of) the freebies that are being recycled were of the "Free with any purchase" weekly freebies. PC members just don't have purchase anything else to get them free.

The only loss for PC members is that if you *didn't* get them when they were first released, now a purchase is necessary to get them free.

On the topic of Lee... just hoping that the 20% off (and the Aiko sale) last the full two weeks... then he will be mine. :)

Lee looks pretty great and unique and I gotta say, it's really nice DAZ decided to wade into the uncharted and scary waters of non-caucasian characters. Moar of that please.

And I am very, very pleased with the pricing of the pro bundle. With the various stacking discounts you can get it at a more than fair price.

That being said, the content of the pro bundle is kind of bleh. I mean most of the items are very well made, don't get me wrong. But I'm pretty sure the bundle contains the exact same outfit and hair style three times :D Only made by different people. And when I look into my Genesis 2 Male hair folder, turns out I already have that exact same hair several times over already. At least one longer hair style would have been nice, I mean, every decent Kung Fu move has at least one guy with long, flowing hair and another one with a long braid, right?

Very nice new character, indeed. Adds some needed diversity to the gene(sis) pool.
    A quick render using Octane.

First render of Lee, second time with Reality. I apparently need to break down and read the instructions.

Does Lee 6 require the Genesis 2 Male head and body morphs?
    http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-2-male-s-morphs-bundle
    Or JUST genesis 2 male?

Went ahead and tackled the math on the Lee 6 discount, and this is what I've figured out:

Everyone gets the base 30% discount, which brings the price to $87.47, combined with the 30% PC discount to $61.23

With ONE of the 20% promotions, your price drops to $69.97, combined with the 30% PC discount to $48.98

With BOTH of the 20% promotions, the price drops to $55.98, combined with the 30% PC discount to $39.19

The Key is that the discounts are applied one at a time, and the next discount is applied to the new total.

    Base: $124.95
    |
    $87.47 (30% off $124.95) -- $61.23 (30% off $87.47)
    |
    $69.97 (20% off $87.47) -- $48.98 (30% off $69.97)
    |
    $55.98 (20% off $69.97) -- $39.19 (30% off $55.98)

    Hope this helps everyone!

Yeah- I was afraid of that. Well with a figure name of "Lee" you can expect lot's of Bruce's. However before there was Jackie.. there was Charlie. Note Charlie's uber cool outfit.

Just getting back into this after nearly a decade away.

Always wanted a good Asian male figure to work with. Looks like by chance I really lucked out with my timing on coming back to things.

This is maybe the third render I've done to completion since setting up the tools again. :)
