What I am finding on recently purchased items, is if I try a search in the main store, they don't show up, I have to go to my Product Library. Before I could search on something in the store, and it would come up and show that I own it, but let me see it still. It was a quick check on add-ons and stuff or for required items. Now...
I love Zhao. I got her right away when she was released and though I don't have any renders as of yet to post because I'm working on an animated submission for the Movember contest and don't really have time to do random renders, I tested her out and she looks wonderful when you put her in a scene. I could also see her skin being my go to now for a lot of my characters, it's so good. I have nothing but the best of things to say.
That's good to hear!
Here is my first 'completed' render of Zhao. I had started the Iray render, stepped away and came back at about 78% converged to find the shoulder of the dress had some weird gray spots, so I killed it (almost an hour and a half lost). The outfit is: Horizon - Chief Officer Heels with a texture - Sci-Fi Bracelet with Alien Shaders - Ear Cuffs. I used Kelly Hair. The set is CryoLab. The main pose is from Diplomatic Pose Pack and some of her expression is from P3D's Soft Expressions.
I found Zhao very easy to work with. Her skin is lovely, the three eye colors are nice, default is brown, the brows not over plucked. Her lip and eye makeup is on the limited side and I wasn't sure I could use it, but with the outfit and color choices, I found I could. I would like to see Carboncrow to expand on these options in future characters. The outfit wanted nail color, but it is not available with the character, so I didn't use one of my packs.
The dress has a number of sliders to adjust the fit. I just had to wait for a render to converge enough to 'See' where there were problems before I could fix something. And if I fixed one thing, it messed up something on the other side. But no need for Mesh Grabber. And no problems with this pose in simulation.
She is lovely.

Thank you! It's great to hear that she didn't give you any trouble.
She's very pretty. I don't think her skin looks particularly special in this test render but I believe you and @benniewoodell when you say that her skin is great. It looks great in the promos, too.
I guess that means (sigh) another Asian lady for my wishlist and eventually, hopefully, my library.
@Hylas, I tried another render, closer up for you and it might have been a good thing. Check out the edge of her hand. I am not sure that shift in skin tone would be natural or not. My skin is very pale and blends into the palm of my hand. I had used a pale HDRI for neutral lighting so you could see her skin texture better.
I think it's about the same as this real hand.
It looks fine to me.
Good, sometimes you just can't tell. Everyone is so different and unique and without running out and grabbing someone's hand, pulling off gloves and examining their hands, I could not be sure. And then I would have to explain to the cops, and others what in the world I was up to! Especially now in Covid.
