    I used to live in a cul-de-sac (not as posh as it sounds), there were 22 houses, but there was no 13. And those were built in the early 2000's.

    We also had a cat put to sleep on a Friday the 13th (while we were living in the cul-de-sac, no less).

    it is Friday 13th tomorrow and they say 2020 is cursed - cue The Twilight Zone music

    DS 4.13 was pulled very quickly, as the bad luck it triggered may be the cause of all the chaotic events in 2020....wink

    My mother felt the number 13 was a lucky number for her because she was born in 1913.

    My sister and my kids were born on the 13th, so it's lucky for them.  Whether that makes it lucky or unlucky for me is an open question.

    ...sort of like odd numbered Star Trek films before the reboot.

    Its properly like the same reason Hotels do not have a 13th floor. called Fear of 13 or Triskaidekaphobia
