They're gonna say it's damn expensive! And the bundle doesn't give much of a deal, either...less than $2 off.

They don't seem to realize that for most of us here, that's exactly what it is...a hobby.

Tropical Storm Dolly formed off Mexico's gulf coast. Today is not a good day to go swimming in the western Gulf of Mexico. Hope it doesn't rain much in eastern Texas.

It's a nice model and would be a great deal IF I were making money from 3D, which I'm not.

Got in to work to find the power was off. Apparently, it had been that way since 3pm yesterday and solid waste employees that were working didn't report it had gone down. We got power back within 45 minutes but it was miserable outside and in. Good thing we got power back too cause fifteen minutes later it started raining.

The dojo is nice but I found a free one couple years back that is more rustic. I'm interested in the zen garden actually

I actually owned a Charley Horse puppet (another of Shari Lewis' "friends"). Here she is with Lambchop and Charley Horse.

Thinking about writing again... I suspect I just needed a break from it for a while, to let my life settle down (such as it is lol)! Can't seem to quit (heh).

They decided to cut holes in the walls for two six foot windows - in the middle of the day - 12 feet away from me. I only need 28 hours for bills this week, so I could just go home now and do some rendering or relaxing.. geesh.. :blank:

I can't think when someone is cutting through metal support brackets with a Sawzall almost next to me... :smirk:

Why do they call it an Air Quality Alert when the Air Quality Index gets too high? Shouldn't it be an Air Lack-of-Quality Index/Alert?

It's a humongous pain in the tailfin, and I really can't work while it's going on, but I have to remind myself that if they want to pay me to sit here and watch 2 guys fight to install a five foot wide window, and pay me a LOT, I should shut up, catch up on my reading, and soak up the cash. :snake: :snake:

Maybe it's time to work on the Rebecca DeLacroix "Dark New Orleans" series. One last shot at making money self-publishing...! :ahhh: For sure, music won't make me a cent..
