@Rareth: Lovely cherub results.
@Dave: Nice looking image.
@RexRed: Really good looking images. The power towers image has a surreal look to it.
@Rareth - the outlined cherub looks really very good.
@Dave - the real thing is always better.
@Roland4 - the Cherub Image does not work in Bryce because it was saved with transparency. I had to remove that option and save it without. Second, you have to create a terrain first, then load the picture in the Elevation tab of the TE, not the Picture tab. Below just a test render.
@RexRed - Pompeii looks very nice, really. Nice idea with the volcano. The more technical ones also look good.
I do not know what's going on, but an error message appears when I try to load the image in Bryce.
Sorry, I have removed the file and the link :red:
The latest from the goldsmiths, with countless diamonds.
Lovely cherub results by Roland, Rareth and Dave. I like the method Rareth used post #380
RexRed - lovely renders, welcome to the forum.
Roland - another nice diamond jewel
something new :)
A bracelet for the ladies.
Tim Bateman
I love the way textures can change a terrain.
Roland4
A nice gold bracelet.
@ Fishtales - thanks and yes that is so true :)
Children in Heaven. And a little bit postwork.
@Roland4 - nice gold, you could make the cherub work, then.
@Tim - great terrain in different seasons.
Yes, thanks to your help.
@ Horo - thanks...im experimenting with height map's i have mad with world machine, so far it seems to be great software...well worth the price i paid for it :)
thought i would as this as well :)
Tim Bateman - love the landscapes especially the last one. Are the materials from the presets?
@Roland: Jewelry is still looking awfully good.
@Tim Bateman: Those are wonderful terrain scenes.
@Tim - I had played with WorldMachine quite a long while ago but, oddly enough, the brick/node approach didn't work well for me. Nevertheless, it's a great program and a bit cheaper than WorldCreator which I use. Fog is nice in your last scene.
@ Horo - thanks, and world creator ...hmm ...i might have to have a look at that one myself :)
@ Mermaid010 - yes they are just material's from the basic terrain library, just heavily modified :)
A new bracelet for mermaid because she has not had something like this.
Another terrain test :)
Roland - Thanks you are spoiling me, the only gold I have are a chain and a wedding band, now I feel rich. :)
Tim Bateman - another lovely terrain, besides the materials I also like the skies you are using.
I tried to make a scene too trying out some of the preset skies and I needed a scene for my dolphin animation.
I like the look of those terrains from WorldMachine.
I have been using GeoControl2 for terrains and speaking of Dolphins :)
Dolphin Sound
You're married ? Then I have here the right gift for you: Wedding Rings
A necklace with angel. I think not so good, because I can not make good chains.
and here is another :)
Thanks Electro-Elvis! I find with a scene like the cactus scene that the hardest thing is to try and get sand to look realistic and not plasticy. :)
In the beach ball scene I think my shrubbery on the left are levitating. (lol)
I tried to make a space scene. I am not sure, if the mothership in the background looks huge or I only think it looks huge. I am not even sure whether it looks like a mothership at all ;-).
I made a bit of postwork in photoshop and added little motion blur to the ship in the foreground. Hope the effect is not too strong
Tim Bateman
Another nice terrain.
Horo
Worldcreator is at 20% off at the moment. Might consider getting it as Geocontrol2 will stop working in a few days when the trial runs out :)
Well, it's been quite some time since I last posted an image here. After my last post I realized that my ambitions for Bryce (and Daz Studio) far exceeded my abilities and I've been off in my own little corner doing my best to remedy that.
I call this one "Guardian of the Sacred Place" . The only post render work done was the addition of my initial, the date of render, and the conversion from .bmp to .jpg for the purpose of posting it here. I hope you like it.
~M.
An ingot of Bryce gold.
