Confusion re "additional offer" of $10 off DAZ originals if you own a certain bundle

Is there some time it is meant kick in?

It states that if you own or buy Arena Ruins bundle, Ballerina Bundle, Lilith 6 add on, or Atticus bundle, you'll get $10 off a $20+ order of Daz Originals. Also says discount automatically applies at checkout.

There's no date/s or anything on it which is why I was wondering WHEN it was meant to kick in.

I purchased the Ballerina Bundle a few moments ago. And when I put a DAZ original in teh cart - over $20, NOT a new item - there is no discount at all.

Jacki, I just added a DAZ-O bundle that I didn't own. The price on the page was 69.00 and in the basket it was 59.00, which was expected since I owned the Arena Bundle. Can you try again?

Was the $69 the full price or a discounted price? I'm wondering if that's the sticker.

I added http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-2-cross-figure-resource-kit which is a DAZ O, and it's staying the same price once I go to the full cart (not the drop down)

    then i tried this: http://www.daz3d.com/gated-courtyard-bundle

Says $20.96 on hte page, is in cart at $20.97 (so it's actually ADDING 1 cent to it). But nope, no discount.

oh wait, you're a PA tho...you get a bit extra discount on DO's, don't you? That may be why yours is showing at a lower price.

But doens't explain why I'm not seeing the $10 off for buying the Ballerina Bundle.

I put the ballerina bundle in my cart, then added the resource kit, which sowed as total $28.45 in the drop down cart and $18.45 when i went to the full cart.

I am not sure how this is working, but it seems to me to be acting differently to how I'd expect. The Bat is $9.95 and Hatchling Dragon is a (for me) a $1.99 PC item so I am at a bit of a loss how to explain the initial price of $23, though the final price IS with $10 subtracted.

ok perhaps I'm misunderstanding the initial offer.

I purchased the Ballerina bundle. Checked out, paid, blah blah.

Then I went back AFTER and put a DO item into the cart.
    And no discount applies whatsoever.

It doesn't make sense that the Ballerina bundle has to be in the cart at the same time as $20 worth of DO's. The offer clearly states: If you own OR buy one of the following.

So by purchasing the Ballerina Bundle, I'm assuming that qualifies me to then purchase $20 worth of DO's and receive $10 off automatically.

Am I correct? Am I misunderstanding something here?

I don't quite get why everyone else is seeing the discount and not me.

Don't quote me, but it says 'own or buy' and to me that sounds like you'd either need to have previously bought one of those products or to have one in your in-basket with the wanted DO items. Either way I do not understand how they compute the qualifying $20 :)

Is it any DO items? or just one DO item? Can it be multiple items added up to twenty?

you know what...if that is indeed the case, then I am going to kick up the most massive stink ever. Seriously.

Nowhere in that ad does it say "must be in same purchase" or "together in one order" at all. Nowhere at all.

And while it may say "...or buy" ...again, it does NOT state it has to be in the one order.

At this point, I am assuming that - once AGAIN - there has been a stuff up that no-one is able to correct as the sales start and the emails seem to go out before the office is open. And that once again, there is some error on a sale or pricing, or perhaps the Ballerina bundle wasn't flagged to be included.

the email doesn't state anywhere how long hte "additional offer" is good for. No dates, no dates ending. Simply says good for one use per customer.

On the other hand, if I put the Ballerina bundle into my cart - even tho I have already purchased it, it still goes into the cart - and then put the Cross figure DO in there, the Ballerina bundle drops to $10.56 and the Cross figure drops to $15.09

I am beyond pissed off at this.

    I said "don't quote me", LMAO! ;)
From my reading of it it HAS to be either previously bought ("own") or in the basket with ("buy") as those are the only two feasible options, the only other options being "will never buy" or "will buy in the future" and neither of those make any form of sense!. AS I already had some of the qualifying bundles it did not matter, for me, if the Ballerina bundle was in my basket or not, that for me is just a 'bonus' that helps toward the qualifying $20 order.
Too many conflicting prices, with no clear explanation of them. Why not keep the prices in the order the same and just add a line item for the $10 discount?

Buy again and return the first ballerina purchase. It was not good for punches and at $14.68 it should only have PC and intro discount (not discounted by punches), so it should be refundable.

I don't know if the sale is working as intended (but the explanation was lacking), or if there's a glitch affecting people in your situation, but either way I think you should put a ticket in...

Happened to me too, I carefully noted it DIDN'T say all in the basket at one time so I bought the ballerina separately and then when I tried 20$ of items - no discount. Also very hacked off. I don't have enough to rebuy the item and wait for a refund. I'm not in US so I can't phone. And as there's no dates on the promotion I don't know if I can wait to get it.

How long is this offer good for...will I be able to get it tomorrow after the punch coupons are distributed? Will I be able to buy the Ballerina bundle and enough other DO's to use both my 20$ punch coupon and still get the 10.00 off DO's? In other words can the offers be combined all in one cart?

Why do these offers always exclude new releases, don't you think most people have already purchased a majority of the back catalogue which makes it very hard to make good on the offer, or is that the point of the offer?

Are you sure that the item you are trying to buy isn't new - doesn't have a diagonal flash saying new at top-right of the image?

Do you get discount on the ballerina bunde? why is someone able to buy it for $8.47 or is this cause this is a daz original as well and goes towards the $20 dollars! I'm getting confused with this offer, more so than the others!
