Wow, the character(s) in this bundle look absolutely fantastic, I'm super impressed with them and I do love the suit. But sixty bucks of legacy items? All the power to the folks that use the older stuff, but if I'm moving on to G8.1, I don't know why I personally would ever want to go back to those just looking at the difference in how they look compared to Torment, I don't even look at G3 stuff in my library anymore. And so the incentive to shell out a huge amount of cash up front for the bundle is gone as I wouldn't be utilizing the deal at all.
I'm going to wait til tomorrow to see if a different bundle drops. If not, or if that bundle is as bad as today's deal-wise, I'll pick up just the base figure. I like the base figure and Leanord HD (who I can buy later), but everything else in the bundle is kinda nope. Not to mention I went through the G2 legacy stuff and I found like two things I'd want...I'm not going to drop $70 on the bundle (bundle plus hd add-on) just for a couple G2 items.

I love the human version of Torment. He looks amazing and adds some nice things to the gene pool. The items in the bundle look good too. I still use a lot of legacy products, so the deals were fine for me. The $5 off each section can be good too if you pick well, and if you have an orange banner and use a coupon code, the deals get even better. It's a great day to play shopping cart jenga!

I've no need for a demon, but the human version is quite distinctive. No idea why the promos make him look like he's wearing lipstick. The render up-thread doesn't.
However, no 3DL means no sale on the character. I've already got too many characters, need to draw the line somewhere. As of the launch of 8.1 I seem to be out of the bundle-buying market.
He's handsome! I will buy the base and the add-on figure and the neftis hair (even thought yet another Vikings retread shaved modern style doesn't thrill me).
I just don't have use for pirate items, the joker outfit, and the misc stuff they are jamming into the pro bundles. Sorry, DAZ Store. I like the old bundles... And... I really want dudes, not filler content.

Here's a quick side by side Iray preview without hair or horns of the red skin.
All of the differnt skin settings were done with the Translucency and Diffuse Overlay dials-so unrenderd he will look human until he's rendered ;-)

it's a bunch of different Luthbel outfits. Mainly their most recent one.
I really want him, his skin tone is perfect for a character I've been struggling with. But I can't use 4.15 because it keeps leaving transparent holes in my renders, so I'm just gonna have to stare enviously at everyone else's pictures instead. *sigh*
(So please post some pretty renders so I can just carry on staring enviously, lol.)

Does Leonard work without Toment? It says Genesis 8.1 Male and Torment 8.1. I like the way he looks, but I'm not really interested in Torment.

I have to buy a new mouse I smashed tbe add to cart and add license buttons so hard. :D I'm building out assets for my game dev studio and this was PERFECT for what I have in mind. <3 Thank you to DAZ and the PAs involved! Also I scooped up so many M4 and V4 (and one each of Genesis and Genesis 2) characters! I'm looking forward to trying the new material/shader set on everyone.
Dayum love it so well done heres one from me of Leonard ;) love him but made his morph only about 60% as liked it better for my aesthetic, one thing though i cant get the textures to work on Torments horns - prob something im doing wrong but would someone please check incase ive installed incorrectly thanks x
The name Torment makes me cringe but given that the 'normal' material set looks like a character in an old Renaissance painting and there is a demon material set theme I guess the name is appropriate. They certainly have the 'looks' if you wanted to try to copy some of those old paintings in renders which is really cool.

thanks. I just bought a 32inch 2k monitor on Monday .. it makes renders pop. It also show not so good texturing as well, the vanilla stuff. This skin by Morris is really nice.

That characters are absolutely great. Both Leonard and Torment. The are real characters. Something I would have expected with Michael 8.1. The only thing that isn't great is the bundle, esp the pricing... I am waiting for a follow-up bundle and may grab both characzters later.
Congratulations to DAZ store for making the first non-binary figure. I didn't catch that at first, since I didn't read the product description, but now I have to say THEY look great.
Here's a Leonard render but tried to use the horns. for some reason they are not rendering. using the pale Leonard textures. They are fine using the Torment textures
Yep something went wrong from my computer to the DAZ installer-but I have it fixed and sent the fixes to DAZ so the installer can be updated.
