    Anyone else purchase the starter bundles to their already-owned pro bundles at $0 after DAZ midnight, only to find someone has returned all your orders?  Now they are coming up at $20+ each, for items I already own.  But that isn't the fun part.  When DAZ returned everything I purchased, it wiped the original purchases for each of those items from my library.  So, for instance, I own a lot of pro bundles that I now do not own anything that was in the starter bundle, including the character.  I also bought starter bundles or characters I liked, along with outfits and such that I liked over the past few years, so I purchased the pro bundles overnight, and those are all wiped out as well.  If you purchased starter bundles, or even pro bundles, for the characters where you own all or nearly all of the items just after DAZ midnight this morning, check your inventory.  If they don't reinstate the purchases whole cloth, it could take months for me to track down every single purchase that is now missing through my paperwork, which thankfully I keep.

    Did you get an email saying all your orders are being returned or did they just disappear from your product library and DIM?

    I hadnt thought to look.  Yes, at 4:24pm today:

    Due to a technical bug on our website, some of the products on our store were mistakenly priced at $0 for a short time. The incorrectly priced items will be removed from your account due to this error. These great products are still available for purchase, and the site now reflects the correct sale prices. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

     

    The inconvenience to me is massive.

     

    The way I found out about this was when I got home today, I saw the new sale for Earth Day, and since it requires a new release, I thought I would see if the prices had dropped for Tween Julie 7 and Tween Ryan 7 pro bundles, and noticed a lot of starter bundles coming up that I thought I had purchased overnight.  Again, the starter bundles I purchased were for pro bundles I owned, so they had all come up at $0....and now they were all over twenty bucks in my cart.  I checked my orders to see if I had lost my ever-loving mind, and saw the returns, then checked my pro bundles and saw I no longer owned the associated starter bundle items.

    Hopefully, when they take a stab at fixing it, they won't warn you repeatedly that "this is a one-time only remedy" and "do not expect this in the future" without apologizing for the inconvenience they caused.

    If I remember correctly, it was in the cart.   What I understood from what Daz_Rawb said, there would be a boost, so when you put it in the cart, that's when I expected to see it, and from what he described it made sense that finally we could "buy" the starters that went with our pro bundles so we didn't have them constantly coming up in searches.  There were plenty of bundles that still cost quite a bit (tween Ryan and Julie, for instance) so I chucked those.  But the starters I purchased all came up at $0 in the cart, for sure.

    Same So *many* items bought prior to yesterday have been wiped off my product list.

    I also lost a TON of items, items I paid for in Pro Bundles.  I ONLY bought Starter Bundles that I had the Pro Bundles of, nothing else.  And now they've been taken out of my Product Library.

    I put in a ticket, but that looks like it may take weeks!  Is there anything we can do to get our items back?

    Cris, have you read that they are deleting people’s paid products? Could you please tell them that the bundles were supposed to be free because people already own the pro bundles and not to remove anyone else’s paid products?

    Yes. And if the "Starter Bundles" got "returned" so did those products got removed from the Product Library too. So the customer is left with only the items that were in the Pro Bundle and not the Starter Bundle.

    Yes, but read what’s going on. People purchased the starter bundles so they wouldn’t show up in the store anymore (which can get annoying.) Because they owned everything, it was $0 in the cart. But CS thought it was a glitch and removed a bunch of people’s Starter bundles from their product library, thus removing half of their pro bundles! It’s mentioned in several threads and I think even this one.

    Just in case anyone has missed it ...

    I don't think this has been explicitly mentioned yet - but there is the opportunity to get one completely free Daz item today with NO purchase requirement - from the "select" list using DAZ4FREE

    After the latest fiasco, I am starting to think that when it comes to DAZ it's wise to remember to "beware of Greeks bearing gifts." Nonetheless, thanks for the heads-up.

    On the Store-Wide April Showers Sale page can anyone see where it says only certain items are discounted (apart from the usual new and PC+ of course)? I'm wondering why Torment and his HD add-on are still only 30% off when everything else that was in the bundle is 69% off.
