    I'm confused, this page showed up last night on the front of the carousel for me https://www.daz3d.com/final-day-april-showers-sale but the two coupons HELLOSPRING and SPRINGFLING don't seem to work.

    This page was apparently put in the carousel too early, this is the first day of the sale not the final one ;)

    If I remember correctly, it was in the cart.   What I understood from what Daz_Rawb said, there would be a boost, so when you put it in the cart, that's when I expected to see it, and from what he described it made sense that finally we could "buy" the starters that went with our pro bundles so we didn't have them constantly coming up in searches.  There were plenty of bundles that still cost quite a bit (tween Ryan and Julie, for instance) so I chucked those.  But the starters I purchased all came up at $0 in the cart, for sure.

    I put in a lot of starters because I had the pro bundles too and some pro bundles had all the content just not pro bundle only couple of those think oh a and the superhero pro which is in  the supersuit pro suite which contained a several pro bundles and when bought very expensive looked in my product library and looks like still have them all though the starter content even though already had it is now listed at the top as newest orders but if I lose that I'ld be really angry as this would be thousands of dollars in my money worth of content stolen from me I've bought over theyears and like you and others only put these in my cart just so they wouldn't show up again and accidently pay for them again which nearly done few times actually in past accidently did because it was relabled/named but couldn't get refund because I'd lose the product I'd already paid for but twice. If they are removing content which has been paid for then they could get sued massivly for doing this

    I just typed "[character name + generation number] Pro" and saw the Pro Bundles listed but the base and the Starter Bundle character gone. However, I was cautious enough to do this for a few Pro Bundles, not all of them. They're still missing and I never got an email about it. Sent in a ticket, but I have my doubts it'll get responded to quickly.

  • you should if they haven't been wiped on you too have proof that you already bought owned these/any missing items from your My Orders section though locating each specific receipt yourself take a long time to find specific things unless you have a rough idea of when you bought them mine goes back to 2008 though I never really got into it and buying stuff till November/December 2013

    Ugh! This missing Starter Bundle thing is freaking me out! I've been going through my Product Library and I can still see all the Starter Bundle stuff that was "added" yesterday. When I go into the Content Library within Studio all the items from the bundles are still there. When I go to the store page for the Pro Bundles, it says I own all the items. Did I dodge a bullet because I keep my computer offline? That would be great, but now I'm paranoid to even fire up DIM. I'd feel uncomfortable buying anything until this is resolved. I'm afraid linking to Daz will result in getting my products deleted.

    I also bought several starter bundles at $0 and have no problems so far. I think the issue was limited to a number of people only (35 from what DAZ said).

    It has nothing to do with either Connect or Central. No content was uninstalled from computers, the missing products are products which should show as purchased (and be listed in product library) but don't.

    Check the status of your order from yesterday, if it's not listed as "returned" then nothing will be missing.

    Again, no products were deleted from any computer, online or not.

    A very small number of yesterday's bundle orders (including mine) were returned and items from those bundles are now listed as "not purchased" as a result, despite having been purchased in previous orders.

  • Yes, I purchased shortly after Daz midnight, so that may have been a combination of their store glitch and my unlucky timing.  I think someone didn't wish to go through each order individually and cancel the problematic ones, so just returned them all, which has caused all the issues we are having with prior purchases being taken out of our inventory.  I don't have a hard drive large enough to hold all my content, so I have no backup....it is all just gone.  I am not looking forward to tracking down all my past individual orders to get this set right.

    My purchase was several hours later, so it's probably not liked to the changeover but to one or more of the bundles we purchased.

  • think mine are all ok I did also buy some bundles at discount to complete my collections and looking at my orders section nothing was returned feel for those of you that had/having these problems though and does shake confidence in this store though

    The Starter Bundles still show in Orders as Returned, but the items are all back in my Product Library.

    Mine still haven't. Quite frankly, if I was in Daz's shoes I would have restored everything, including the glitched freebies, and then taken away whatever should be taken away once the whole thing was figured out. Having customers potentially unable to access their items for days while they sort out their mess is not acceptable at all. Also, I am quite tempted to start billing them for my hours whenever I waste time on one of the store glitches; this has gone beyond the pale quite some time ago.

    I'll post here as well as the other thread just in case;

    My stuff isn't back either. After opening up the forums to see this being talked about, I realised I recieved an email last night about the GREAT RETURNING OF 2021 and when I checked...yup, major hit. Besides anatomic elements inexplicably missing, a massive amount of seperate items I'd purchased from older bundles are gone, as well as content from starter bundles of pro bundles I owned. Sending an email but I guess we'll see. The fact that other people have had their content restored gives me hope, but honestly I'm not going to be able to search through 17+ pages of orders to find recipts for old purchases so who knows

    I just looked and mine seem to be back now too.

    I will need to check all individual items to be sure, but all bundles and core figures from that order are now listed again in my product library,

    The new "PW Pirate Ship Poseidon" (81189) from today's April Showers does not show in the main shop page. It should be right near the top, and it is not at the end, where mis-classified items usually end up. Filtering by PW Productions does not list it, but it is searchable, and is on the vendor's shop page.
