    I just got an e-mail about 3 unused gift cards.  The one thing I can assure you is I have never bought a gift card I haven't used.  I'm not going to try the codes because if they do work I'm getting credit I shouldn't be getting.  Just posting it here in case a moderator can take it up faster with customer service then the ticket I am sending is going to do.  If this is a glitch and those codes are live there is going to shortly be one gigantic mess to clean up.

    I got one too. I'm pretty certain I have redeemed all of them as I (basically) only ever buy codes for myself during sales to buy stuff that day for cheaper.

    I also normally buy things for the exact basket amount (so 10.25 or something), so one being a round figure seems a little weirder still.

    Ok. There are so many flash sales tonight, I am worried about getting epilepsy. Being in the UK, I am about to do that inconsiderate thing and get some sleep, but I had been hoping to check out the clothing sale. Ah well, I am sure there will be more sales soon... It reminds me of furniture stores over here. Always a sale and not well always well thought out. It may be just me but I would prefer fewer, but better thought out, sales in a week/month cycle.

    These things happen so often,...how is this even possible? Seriously, I really'd like to know.

    Who would be able to keep their job with this kind of track record of mistakes, almost every day if not daily?

    +1 Just got one too as well but I've redeemed all the cards I have gotten. I'm not inputting the code, so not sure if it works or not. The amount also doesn't match my last gift card (at any rate).

    Now I almost believe that this is somtimes done on purpose.
    A company can´t be that "glitchy" over years.
    If there are enough careless buyers out in the evening (at night in the EU) then it may be worthwhile.

Ok, the link to "dForce Sigurd Outfit for Genesis 8 Females" is weird.
Potential sales are lost here.

    Not to mention the goodwill they got from the recent freebees, why do this? I really don't get it.

    Anybody who doesn't visit the forums is going to miss out, cos it's been over an hour and the banner still hasn't been fixed.

    Glad it worked for you as well. Hopefully the link on the actual banner will be fixed before the sale ends.

    I wrote a note on gift cards this morning, Incase you didn't see it, please check that thread as the codes are real and tied to your account.  This isn't a mistake, we've double and tripled checked.  We'd love you to redeem your gift card credit.

    If you don't remember it or don't think you bought it, you can consider it a gift, or you can write into customer service and we'll invalidate it.

    I thought it was a mistake too. Came here to see why flash SAVEMORE wouldn't work (but other four did) and did not expect to see that the gift cards were not a glitch. Just redeemed them now.  Thanks Jessica and DAZ.

    To paraphrase Meatloaf, "4 out of 5 ain't bad". But the four that worked were much appreciated. Perhaps they put up the wrong code, should've been "SPENDLESS" not "SAVEMORE"!

    hmmm i'm not sure the correct discounts are working. On today's sale, it states "Get an EXTRA 65% OFF* when you buy any Jacqueline 8.1 New Release"

    So with SciFi Heavy Armour in the cart, and then the Build a Cyborg Bundle which is currently $25.19, shouldn't the Cyborg go down to about $8?

    The wording on your sci-fi promo is probably misleading. If you put "get an extra 65% off when x,y,z," under the words "Get 55% off," then it really sounds like you should be getting 65% off after the 55% off discount. But I'm sure that's not what you meant, because up top it says "Get up to 65% off."

    It should just say "Get 55% off" and then under that "Get 65% off if x,y,z."

    Unless you do get an extra 65% off and the top part is the wrong one? 

    Would really love it if you made your sales clearer.

    I think you're right - that wording is incredibly misleading. It should state "get 65% off if you buy a jacqueline new release" cos we're definitely not getting an extra 65% off the current prices. Which is exactly what the wording is saying should happen.
