I have in my cart the Fred bundle and three Fred addons but the 15$ off select category items does not apply.
Those items are PFAD from other vendors. the 15$ apply only to DAZ originals from the 4 selections linked from the promo page

I also tried adding a non PFAD item and there is no discount.
EDIT: I did some experiments. The reduction works for some items in the sets, including PFAD items, but not for others (including non PFAD items). A bit weird, indeed.
I'm trying to use my streak coupon on a PCFAD item but it says not valid.

Me neither - I think this was already reported by Cris, but we haven't heard back yet if it's supposed to be excluded or not.
I just want to make sure I understand all the rules here, I got this message from Daz:
"Your perfect streak with our Stacking Discount last week paid off! Enjoy an EXTRA 20% OFF when you use Coupon Code"
1. Does that mean an extra discount on top of the stacking discount?
2. How many uses does the coupon have, is it unlimited until and inclusive of May 29th?
Well it's not membership, gift card or new release so it cannot be excluded. Daz has entered into a contract with us and I've paid $75+ towards it.
It's a bit of a gamble. Fastgrab does say: "70% OFF* * No other offers apply." but sometimes you can still get better discounts on fastgrab items.
Probably won't hear till Daz gets in.
I don't think this is an "offer". It was a promise / contract: if you spend $25+ with us then we will reciprocate with a guaranteed discount next week minus specific stated items. We chose to take or not take the contract based on the stated conditions. New exclusions cannot be added retrospectively.
EDIT My photo was actually a Fastgrab. Just to confirm that my Streak coupon does not work on either PCFAD or Fastgrab.
Last week, I put 3 times an order over $25 and one day two orders: one around $17 and a $10 gift card. I should have accordingly a SAVE20 coupon, while I just have a SAVE15 one. Maybe the problem is with the double order (but the offer did not mention that there should a unique order), or with the gift card (but Chris Palomino said that it was OK to buy gift cards).
I submitted a ticket, but as usual I do not expect an answer before the end of the week (and of the sale :().
I definitely can survive the lack of the 5% reduction, but daz is frequently so disappointing.
(and the $5-15 reduction with the purchase of the Fred bundle and addons stilll just apply for a random subset of the items)

Don't get me wrong, I completely agree with you. I'm just saying that fastgrab has always been a gray area, where you never quite know what's going to happen.
I have an answer on number 2, it's unlimited use till expiration.

Ditto on this problem, items do not discount from any of the lists (tried people and wearables, places and things and animations and poses for 15$ discount) tried different items with no success. also my understanding is that you get a genesis 2 and 3 bundles but you only get a gen3 "or" gen2 bundle for free with Fred and 2 add ons
is broken. It's PC+ and presumably therefore isn't something that would have been removed due to an artist leaving Daz (since Daz would own the item regardless).
I'd like to buy this cute texture set, so... Could it be fixed before the streak coupon expires please?

It's disabled.. but could be for other reasons? so I'd need to check what they were.
Some items do get a discount, but it concerns very few of them and I was unable to find any logic in it. Some PFAD items are discounted while full price items are not. Daz glitches are increasingly weird.

...which got me looking at other PC+ outfits... and there seem to be more of these missing texture packs throughout the catalog.
This seems like a bigger problem, and I'm wondering if the listings for some items were mangled during the migration to the new software?
I think those are all Moyra texture addons, which were disabled when she left Daz. So yea, that's intentional and no, they wont be back.

So, somehow DAZ screwed up and only counted 3 out of the 4 days I spent $25 last week, so instead of the 20% stacking discount I actually earned trying to play their ridiculous sales bs games, instead this morning I'm given a 15% discount coupon.
But hey, it doesn't really matter, since I just tried the coupon at checkout, and it doesn't even work (although it says it does, it doesn't actually apply any discount to the items in my cart). So I guess the vaunted stacking coupon equates to 0% off, in the real world.
I think that I finally understood (part of) the problem.
1/ Put the Fred bundle and 3 addons in the cart.
2/ add a random item from a set. For instance an item at $7; it is properly discounted and turns to 0 (i used for instance this one https://www.daz3d.com/slouchy-sweater-outfit-for-genesis-8-female-s )
3/ now add a PFAD item. The PFAD item is at 1.89$ (ie undiscounted), but the precedent item is now at $.85 !!
4/ add a second PFAD item. Now both PFAD items are at 1.89, but the initial item is at $2.61.
5/ And so on until the initial item is no longer discounted at all.
Not only the PFAD items are not discounted (why not, but people would gain time if this was indicated and why did you put them in the discounted set?), but their presence reduces the discount of non-PFAD items.
EDIT: I also add the impression that some PFAD items where discounted, but it was an error caused by the fact that these items where at $2.10.
$25 in one go? Which days were those?
What was in the cart, it seems to be working for qualifying items (not new, GCs, or memberships - and not Fast Grab, as usual) for others.
