    Honestly, I can't be bothered, I'm tired of Daz hoops. I'm clearing my cart and going to watch paint dry, it will be more enjoyable and there will be something to show for it on the end. I was on the fence about Fred's bundles but honestly the clothes aren't worth it, paper thin and bad collars.

    Daz has no respect for his customers. This multiple coupons nonsense. The fact that they ask us to buy items last week to get a discount that we cannot use. Todays "Featured Daz Original", where we can have a discount on overpriced dusty ex-freebies hardly worth a PC+ BYOB. I was about to buy the bundle because I like the envs, but I will pass. Enough is enough.

    I got burned on the August 8.1 "pay now get something later" sale. I'll never trust that type of sale from Daz ever again. Disengaging from these "deals" entirely has saved me a whole lot of frustration.

    It really is a kick in the teeth to make a discount with such an expensive buy-in a coupon when the coupon part hadn't been previously mentioned. The presence of all these other coupons makes it seem like a Streak discount would be redundant/a waste. Other businesses tell you the terms of a deal upfront. And every other company I have EVER seen has ALWAYS put the expiration date on coupons that don't last indefinitely. I will avoid any "get this next week" deals in the future.

    I got a survey from Daz, the reward is 10$ store credit, but I can only fill in one page, then I get an error message sad. Did someone manage to get the whole survey to work? I don't feel like struggling w this all evening, I am not a fan of surveys, so if I have to get frustrated to get it to work I will just skip it, but the 10$ would be nice...

     

    Is the purpose of the whole Daz shopping experience to get frustarated? it feel like it sometimes sad.

    I removed Fred 8.1 Brings Down the House Bundle and replaced it with FG Nightclub. Still not working.

    Just going to clear my cart as I have other things to do.

    I also notice that I am not receiving my "stack discount" of 10% off of any of those items.

    EDIT: I just noticed that I am supposed to use another coupon code to get that 10% discount. Which I don't think last week's sale said was the case. I distinctly remember the sale being your stack discount ONTOP of other discounts?

    I received this today and managed to fill it all in.

    I received this today and managed to fill it all in. 
     

     

    I got stuck on 18 of 20 page and it took 3 tries to get Survey Monkey to move me to the final page, but I was successful. Go back to the email, click on the survey button and you go to the last page you were on, and any answer you wrote in, you can click and autofil. You still have to click on button answers.

    I got to the very end of the survey, entered my email address and clicked Done. Then Survey Monkey responded with "We're Sorry! Something Went Wrong." angry

    Thanks for the replies heart, I refreshed a few times and managed to fill it in finally smiley. Sorry to be so quick to complain/ask about it, it's just that it is more common w bugs at daz than without, it's just very frustrating. I remain a loyal customer though, Thank you so much in advance Daz for the 10$ store credit, I never fill in surveys, never, but for Daz store credit I'm making an exception smiley.

    Done it, will be interesting to see if it's working or not. More fun would it be to see the answers... daz got from it.

    But did they ask the right questions? I think they might have learnt more by including a general blank "any further comments or suggestions" box.

    Q: Why did you rank them in that order?

    A: Because I couldn't assign the same rank to multiple items.

    I agree with this. I apreciate they sended us the survey, would have done it even without a reward.

    But there were missing questions and options. Some of the questions forced one single answer and maybe they would have beneffited from a ranking like the one on the PC+ section.

    Also after managing a ranking of 9 items, why give a single smal line as free text for explanation of that? It is kind of hard to write in such small space.

    Hope we get more surveys.

    Did you unsubscribe to the newsletter? I've been led to believe that DAZ is unable to email you for anything if you don't first accept the newsletter.

    No I never unsubscribed but they had unsubscribed me quite a while ago. I had to contact CS to get back on the list and now I’m getting promos but did not get the survey.

    Wow, the last flash sale said it would end at 4pm mdt and it's gone already, guess Daz made my decision for me to empty my cart. Does anyone know if it would be best to buy stuff during memorial day sale...assuming there is one, are those sales usually good?

    It only worked for me, when I added the 4th item... with 3 or less it was showing the regular price, but adding 4 brought down the cost to the Flash Sale price.

    I guess my Sales issue is no longer an issue since the Sale is gone prematurely. Since I didn't take screen shots of the sale when I couldn't get it to work, then I am just SOL.

    Yeah, it seems like it’s not “up to” four items but has to be four items...

    It says "Up to 4 items" not "When you buy 4 items." But the discount for the current flash sale does not work with fewer items. frown

     The survay worked for me, using FireFox.

    It comes the right time - to get ALL my frustration for beeing kicked in various body parts by DAZ3D advertising, QA, customer service and so on.

    Glad to see they sent out a survey. Hopefully, they will get some good feedback and act on it.
