No update from the mods on the state of survey credit? Is Daz still rolling out the credits?

The Store Credit expires now??? Are you kidding? What if there's nothing I want to buy between now and the 21st?
You should be grateful - I still haven't received the credit at all and would be very happy if i had received that kind of message...
We have sent an inquiry this evening, but have not heard back. It's always more difficult when these things take place on the weekend. If, indeed, this requires a ticket, I am sure CS will work it out with those who should have and didn't get their credit.
I'm not going to be grateful if it expires before I find some thing I actually want/can use. Everything is pretty much 8.1 and for female figures, neither of which I buy. And what if I only use a portion of it? Will the remainder be taken away?

As much as I envy your strong discipline to only buy what you really need, isn't there any tutorial, shader, utility or light set for example you could use? I mean - that would be better than NOTHING, right?
Thus far, no. I know how to set up my own lights, I have plenty of shader sets, most utilities cost way more than $10, and I don't buy tutorials when google exists and is free. And I only have three things on my wishlist right now, and I'm waiting on them to go on sale. This is just another nail in the coffin for this store, for me. Store credit is never supposed to expire. Gift Cards expire, but not store credit.
This is definitely not okay. I have more than these 10 bucks in store credit, are they going to just deduct them randomly? What if I spend 10 dollars now on something and deem it's my survey credit being spent, but I still have other credit left - are they still going to deduct 10 dollars from the rest? Are you actually trying to force me to spend all my store credit until the end of June?
This is seriously wrong! Mods, could you please check in with DAZ about this? Or do I have to file a ticket?
I would think that if they add $10 and it doesn't get used before expiration, if they remove the $10, it's only affecting the $10 they gave you. If I understand what you're saying.
But how would that work, since there's no notice or anything tagged to those specific 10 dollars? They're just part of my store credit now. How would they separate them out from the rest of the credit and determine whether I've spent exactly these 10 bucks? To me it looks like no matter what I do now, there's gonna be a 10 dollar reduction in my store credit by the 21. I'd much, MUCH rather decide myself when, where and how to spend my money here. But this is effectively forcing me to spend ALL of my store credit before the 21, just to make sure that those darn 10 bucks are definitely recognized as having been spent. And THIS is what's absolutely not okay! And it should have been mentioned in the survey conditions as well.
EDIT: Cris, I didn't mean to like shout at you or anything, please don't get this wrong! You mods are doing an absolutely wonderful job here. I'm just getting so - dunno, exhausted with the new antics of the store everyday. Why can't I just come and shop at reasonable prices, and sometimes there's a little sale, and that's that? Why do the rules have to be changed every second day, and now not even my store credit is safe anymore? This is making me so unhappy, honestly. I'd just renewed my PC+ subscription. I so, so regret that now ...
First, you would see under Store Credit, a posting of $10 that would increase whatever you have there already. So if you had $100, it would show a new balance of $110. If you didn't make a purchase before expiration, you would see the removal of $10 and be left with the original $100.
Edit, it's only requiring the expenditure of the $10. The rest of your store credit remains untouched till you spend it.
I'm not sure if I'm getting this right - sorry for being such a pain this morning! Are you saying I just have to spend 10 bucks until the 21st, and that'll be it? No matter how much else store credit is still left?
If Daz gave you the $10 for completing the survey and you see it was added, that is all that is required to be used before expiration. If you spend those $10, the balance will show $10 less. If you don't, it expires and they remove it, your balance will show $10 less. The rest of your credit is still there and available to use for purchase till you choose to use it.
Okay, I do hope that this really is how it's going to work. Still not happy at all with this new tactic. Thanks for taking the time to explain anyway, and have a nice day/night!
I don't undestand what's so complicated about this; you've been given 10$, if you spend it (or more) by the mentioned time, it's all done, nobody will touch your remaining credit. If you don't, they will take away 10$. If you spend 5, they'll take away 5. Still, to avoid any (not uncommon) complications, I'd still spend it all in one go, or at least by the end of the time period. It's not the first time limited time credit is given, there were some during the torment bundles and some other bundiles during that period that I caught and all was fine.
I still don't have my credit despite having no problems filling out the survey. Please can you let us know when Daz considers it has fulfilled the survey store credits and we need to submit a ticket as I know it said it could arrive anytime up until today. Thanks.

Just to be sure you know (as I didn't myself for quite some time):
You can use store credit to buy products more expensive than your store credit: at checkout just tick the "use storecredit" payment option in Addition to another one like e.g. Paypal, then your store credit is used and you pay the rest with Paypal etc.
Maybe that would lower the price of one your wishlist items enough to make it worthwhile (additionally until 21st maybe the PA will go on sale)
Offered a decent deal on Kiko, but botched the release and wouldn't fix it in a timely fashion. And ended the deal that night - a very short period for a core bundle. Goodwill to irritation, for no real reason or benefit.
Things were supposed to get better after the store software change, but as known and talked about, it's more a marketing problem (sale design and communication) than a technology problem.
Even so, the expiring credit is a bit surprising. A couple posts back, ioonrxoon said it's been done before, for some recent bundles. I haven't bought any of the 8.1 bundles, and I don't recall the specifics of the G8 bundle offers which included store credit. Did it work this way back then, or is it a new-ish thing?
I am aware of this. However, after having been a member of this site for over a decade, I have learned never to buy anything at full price. Always wait for a sale. And frankly, with this absolute BS with the store credit, I'm disinclined to buy anything at all. If DAZ wanted to keep the $10, since they seem to be so hard up for money, then they can keep it and choke on it for all I care.
This was one of those bundles, the other was the second Torment if I remember correctly.

Which coupon? Without any coupon I only see the 70%.
Discounts that could be applied in the Friends of Sale section are: the Friends of Sale discount (50% + 10% with new release + 10% PC+ member) , the current PC+ Members Only 45% OFF Daz Originals offer, and a PC+ montly 06_21PlatClub coupon as it is no PC+ item. Together these would stack higher than the 70% discount in FastGrab.
