    Keep track of what you wanted. They will still help you with the order after something has expired as long as you're showing them dates and times for screenshots that show the problem, as you say you have, plus what you would have wanted to get under the rules around the offer(s). It is not uncommon for CS depts to be backlogged. I am presently dealing with another place where it took them a week to respond and I've been in communications off and on for a few weeks going through the problem. Having worked CS for many years, many years ago, it was the same then as now. I always tried to get back to customers right away, but we went through regular cycles of overactivity especially if it took more than one communication to resolve the matter.

    That’s the problem though. I posted all screenshots. Posted the final screenshot, explained in detail what the problem was, what each screenshot represented, did the math, showed the final screenshot of the four items and the final price, circled it in red, said take it out of my store credit and it’s like the guy can’t read. He contacted me a half hour before store closing with a question that didn’t relate at all to my detailed explanation and screenshots. It’s like he never read them. Even asked for screenshots and explanation of the sale when it’s EXACTLY what I did and I even said in each post “See screenshot.” And because of that, I couldn’t participate in today’s complicated sale because it would have required the first bundle to stack. I’m sorry but he was just completely incompetent. There’s no way I’ll be able to recreate today’s sale tomorrow with all its complications. And because I now won’t get that bundle, I’ll lose orange banners and discounts in the future. This is clearly a case of a specific employee who can’t or won’t read! 

    And probably the next one you'll get is a request to purchase a gift card in the amount of your cart, with which they will then purchase the items for you.  I was told they cannot just take it out of my store credit because that would create a manual adjustment and no invoice.  Which is silly, because I've had that done for me in the past.

     I recently also had an experience with someone at Daz that did not seem to read or comprehend what I had already explained and told them. Behavior like that usually makes me wonder if someone is playing dumb to try to get rid of me. And trying to prove discounts for mispriced items is absurdly difficult. CS has no idea what was on sale when, and often you have to explain that X item was in Y selection. But X showed up two-thirds down the page and Y selection was not clearly marked anywhere to make screenshots helpful. So how do you prove that? I have given up trying.

    Same as yesterday - banner image is up but goes to the day before sale. When I land on the front page, I see the new items very very briefly then they disappear.

    Those missing readme's referring to an included file or the wiki page. Talking about the first I wonder why only 1 out of 10 updated products does mention the changes made on its readme page.

    that drives me nuts. I'll see updates in the DIM and I'll click on the readme button to see what the changes were - and I don't remember the last time I actually saw anything. If it's just a metadata correction then I don't need the update immediately, so it's infuriating to not see what the updates are.

    Yep. Absolutely the same on my side unfortunately.

    Today I found about 10 updates in DIM. Many of those did not even have readme page properly linked and only Content Wizard had the changes mentioned on the readme Page. This is totally annoying especially as sometimes updates even remove files (think for Gaia HD BlueJaunte had to remove a morph). And just downloading overwrites the older package so knowing that a backup of the original package would make sense would help a lot.

    Not sure why a base character needs it's own alternative shapes, another character or a pose pack...... cheeky

    Someone entered the dependencies backwards. They have Tia for Kiko 8.1 (an add-on for Kiko 8.1) as a prerequisite for Kiko 8.1.

    People buying the bundle don't encounter and shopping cart "required product" warning because the warning only shows up when you add the base figure (Kiko 8.1) but not when you add the bundle. Again, odd since Tia for 8.1 is not in the bundle.

    BTW, I complained about this in this thread yesterday if that's not what you meant by "reported". Good either way, regardless. It's still broken.

    I gave up on that coupon.  The discount kept going down as we were asking for clarifications, so I dumped the items.  It was at 84% at its best.

     

    Does anyone know what the "Get up to $20 off Daz Items" is on the banner?

     

    ALSO:  I don't seem to be getting the extra 15% off for more than one Debut or Still New items in my cart.  I have tried several combinations, and it's not working for the items I wish to buy.  Currently, I have the ATVE Mods, which is $2.74, and Emily HD, which is $3.84, and together in my cart they are pricing out at $2.67 and $3.74.  Which is not 15% off.

    Still happens to me, even on the mobile phone...  I tried with two different browsers and two different devices...  still happens. The issue seems to be on the server side...  I attach the mobile screenshots...
    Different prices in store page and payment...  looks like a bug or something...
