here's the update address where to find these in the new store:

    http://www.daz3d.com/freebies?utm_source=sharecg&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Freebies

Is that empty for you too?

Go to the shop.... uncheck "hide items I own".. then it won't be empty... I've already noted it as a bug in the new layout thread.

Thank you for that! I need more coffeeeeee, LOL, as it is a feature of the new store I usually do like.
But even unchecking it does not make the freebies show for me.
    Buggy ...

Tried that - logged out they are there - logged in, there is nothing, just the header "This Week’s Freebies" ...
Logged in and unticked the Hide items ... go to the freebie page http://www.daz3d.com/freebies ... nothing.

Would you mind posing your findings in a quoted response to this:

So that we can keep all the info related to this issue in 1 spot for the site architects.

In the "Is beta now live?" thread, I was told that, once you get a particular freebie from this page, it disappears, supposedly to ease things when trying to notice whether there's something new or not. FixMyPCMike told me so. I think, because I was browsing the thread in the wee night hours... Just to reassure you, I see it blank too.

The freebie page was changed overnight. It seems to work now. I did see all the items I had previously purchased, where before, the page was empty, as described. The printers item is now free for all.

Note that this is a 3D model OF a printer, not a 3D printer.

I'm always happy to see the freebies too, but I'm particularly pleased with the Speedlights light set mentioned above. I've just taken a couple for a test-drive with a few quick renders, and it made a nice change to hear my low-spec system chugging happily through it's work instead of screaming for mercy. I think I may have heard it gasp gratefully 'Thank you from the bottom of my hard-drive' as well :)

I snagged everything but the clothes, though I haven't downloaded anything yet. I'm not sure what to make of the speed lights as I do not use deep shadow maps. Period.

One thing I've learned when it comes to limited time freebies. Always "purchase" them so they're on your account should you need them in the future... in the meantime if it's not something that interests you.. don't bother installing it until the need arises.

If I were you, I'd snag everything while you can and just download it when you need it.

Well, considering I don't have Stephanie 3, nor Kids 4, nor the outfits that the texture sets require, and, given the fact that I use Genesis figures exclusively, getting those items is pointless.

The character is S4 not S3, and its skin (ie a V4 skin) at least can be used on Genesis. It you have GenX2 then the morph can also be used on Genesis 1 or 2. The K4 item is dynamic, and so with some scaling can be made to fit any shape, including Genesis. Given the relative rariety of DS dynamic clothes, it is always worth grabbing, particularly when it is free.

The textures sets for three items you do not own are clearly useless on their own, but who knows, in the future another bunch of freebies may include the outfits the textures need.

As such, I don't use them. This is especially because I don't do animation, and dynamic clothes are pretty much designed where you need to animate the scene to get them to work properly. They're not worth the hassle, so I don't use them. If the K4 set were a set of conforming clothes, I would be all over it, however.

You are correct, dynamic clothes are certainly more difficult to use than conforming. They are important, even for non animations, when the item is a long dress or tunic. I am not sure why a skinny t-shirt and tight fitting jeans were made dynamic however.

I seem to recall they were requested.

I actually stumbled upon a page that listed the twelve freebies along with other things available for free (stuff that's been free for a while, like Starter Essentials and the tutorial bundles), but unfortunately I don't recall the URL or how I got there (pretty sure it was by clicking on a DAZ 3D banner ad on some other site).

I think we've just made a discovery of the year.

I was browsing ShareCG and two banners were showing up despite the fact I have AdBlock. They weren't annoying or something, just sitting in the unused area on the right side of the screen. I took screenshots and, taking a deep breath (and hoping my Norton isn't sleeping :P), I CLICKED.

    The following pages showed up:

    http://www.daz3d.com/freebies?utm_source=sharecg&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Freebies

    http://www.daz3d.com/technology?utm_source=sharecg&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Genesis

So it looks like one certain person behind the curtains is making us happy again. The only thing is that, as far as I know, Jamie Hair is not shipped with DS (it is shown on the second picture, between Fiery Genesis and Barefoot Dancer).

By the way, the code doesn't require a minimum price, but it works once for each customer.

PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN (but it's me!)

You don't do animation now, but what about a year (or a decade) down the road?

Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. IMHO, of course.

...sadly, don't have any of clothing/props for the texture sets or the Steam Dragon, and already have the toys.

Though don't have the Zombie Graveyard and Garden Escape Porch
