I was overjoyed by the bundle contents this time, which isn't common for me.. slam dunk into the cart.

    Same here!

Likewise. For me so far, the bundle items were better than the base figure.

Load the Kimono into DS by itself, export it as .obj, set the scale to Poser. Import .obj into Poser and clothify. There is some extra tweaking to the cloth perimeters in Poser, and of course the Poser material files.. but you know enough to work with it.

...I'd try that, however, I'm one of those who's found DSON to be a real pain to deal with.

I'll give it a go in Daz 4.6 with the basic dynamic tools and see what happens. At least I have a lot more memory and 6 additional processor threads to throw at the simulation than my old system had.

When this originally came out I was so excited for it is perfect for scenes involving my namesake character when she was in Kyoto.

Exporting an obj from DS and importing an obj into Poser has absolutely NOTHING to do with the DSON importer.

..ah, export both the posed character and the kimono as an .obj. Got it. Apologies, still a little woozy from being sick most of the week.

I have both Mei Lin and Lee in my cart right now. It was actually Mei Lin Bundle via PC+ discount that made me decide to go for both. I wouldn't have bought Lee by himself; just not into guys, LOL...

As everyone I've been anticipating her, but after seeing the email, and the price, and the contents I knew it was a instant buy, granted I didn't buy it till later tesdtrrday or check her out till today but I love her and I had to buy the Saori bundle too, I wasn't going to at first but glad I did, I didn't realize all the choices to customize.

Did G2F really need yet another cheongsam or chinese dress?

Yes, because the ones they already had were VERY short and/or skimpy. I;'ve been waiting for a NORMAL cheongsam.

I agree, I was also underwhelmed with her. Mainly because she doesn't really look Asian. Well perhaps Filipino, but she might as well be Latino. But also because the selection of clothes were rather uninspiring. I imagine perhaps DAZ burned all the fuel on Lilith.

On the other hand I like the idea of ethnic figures, and am hoping for an African couple to be the next ones out.

Yeah, a dark-skinned couple!!! That would be awesome.
