Obviously you haven't watched The Vampire Diaries. FWRD Cora-Lee is plainly meant to be Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola) while FWRD Aikaterine is Katherine Pierce/Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev). The promo image that has BFF showing the two characters together and the vampire morph are kind of a dead giveaway. That said, it's not such a good likeness of Candice Accola but it isn't meant to be Viva Bianca.

No, you're right, I haven't. If you placed the character in a scene with his Lucia then people would instantly say it was Viva. I think she'd work for both.

I though Jessica Chastain at first (red hair), but then again, she doesn't remind me of anyone in particular. Like Rogerbee said, a V4 with a nice texture ;)
As for Fugitive, I don't know as well. Perhaps she's just a generic tough lady.
