Expanding on what Outrider42 said, If you DO plan on getting a 3090 with your setup, make sure to get at least an 850W PSU as not only are they power-hungry, but you will need to have the extra headroom to power your CPU and other parts, personally I'm waiting to upgrade my PSU 850, to a 1kWatt for future upgrades as well as enough headroom for heavy multi-tasking!
So if you plan on getting a pre-built/shop, make sure to get an 80+ gold or platinum PSU to power your PC! Research the different pre-building sites, and your parts/shops if you plan to take a chance on a PC shop build, google is your friend!
The Alienwear Aurora R7 comes in 2 power supply sizes. 450 watt and 850 watt. Before you buy a 3090 make sure you have the 850 watt supply.
I'm so sure an nVidia RTX 3000s series isn't in the works at a MSRP price and available for me in the next 6 months I'm not even looking anymore. Some goes for the AMD Big Navi/Big Flounder series.
