    Re-reproted the conflict between the free pro bundle and the $15 People and Wearables.

    Is this correct? This PC anniversary bundle is $5.99 when I'm logged in (as a PC member), but it goes down to $3.30 when I am not logged in.

    So with further testing it is clear what it is doing is removing the $5/$10/$15 from the Pro Bundle before applying the 100% off. In my cart I have:

    3x new items

    1x featured that is not in the People and Wearables

    2x featured that IS in the People and Wearables

    1x Gen 3 Pro bundle that IS in the People and wearables.

    1 of each of the remaining 3 categories (items under $15). 

    When I remove the Gen 3 Pro bundle, the cart price goes DOWN by $10. I think it is splitting the $15 off between the three items that are in the People and Wearables category, even though they are in the qualifying part of the sale. It makes a kind of sense. I'd be ok with it applying the discount to the Featured items but not really that it's pre-applying the reduction to the Gen 3 bundle. 

    I don't know how to properly report this so that it can be seen/fixed (assuming that isn't the intent).

    still Not fixed. Two days now. And for whatever reason the price of the bundle in my cart  has increased since yesterday from 21,x original maybe Even 19 to 24,xx

    ...the Genesis 2 or 3 Pro Bundles selection is still showing G8 Pro Bundles in the caruosel. 

    ...and it's after 18:00 Daz time.

    Same sale, same problems?  Doesn't matter to me, as there are no longer any products in the Debut section I can use to qualify for the sale.  That's okay, there are other sales, and other stores.

    Supposedly they have a team, but this is becoming par for the course.  Problem that cost DAZ get "fixxed" quickly, often by changing the wording of the ads retroactively to alter or null out the things that aren't working right, or by simply deleting the problem products/offers.  Meanwhile, problems that mainly impact customers are lucky to get fixxed at the speed of glaciers moving, if ever.

    At this point, please use the selection pages and not the carousels. For the problem with the items you should be able to get free, please put in a ticket.

    Carousels appear to be wrong again. How does Daz get away with not selling what they advertise, day after day?

    There are no Genesis 8 characters in the Select PC+ items, in spite of what the carousel shows.

    There's an issue with PCFAD today, they're 3.99 in cart instead of 1.99 and the advertised 10% off.

    The 40% OFF Featured PC+ Items section doesn't work either.

    Confirming. The PC for a day are advertised as 1.99 for members, 3.99 for non-members but they are in cart at 3.99

    It really isn’t that hard to have the advertised prices - millions of stores do it day after day.

    Discounts for hair doesn't seem to be working either, or is only working for a few of them

    Edit: Same for jewellery too, and yes I do have 4 debut new in my cart

    People make mistakes, but mistakes made every day, day after day, should result in some kind of corrective action. We don't see that here.
    I've spent less than $10 in the last two weeks. This place is a mess. I just pick up the freebies. I look at PCFAD, but it doesn't contain the advertised (carousel) items many times. That just makes me think I've been deceived,  and I leave. The only reason I spent anything is because Ati sent an email about an item on my wishlist being on sale. So, I could click on it and buy it without having to shop the messed up store.

    Neither of these pages' discounts are working for me. Items appear at full or normal sale prices both on the pages and in the basket. I raised a ticket. I hope they'll fix this before the offer expires and honour it long enough to allow people to take advantage!

    The current PCFAD wording:

    $3.99 Platinum Club for a Day

    PC+ Members: Only $1.99 each
    plus an EXTRA 10% OFF

    Non-PC+ Members: Get an EXTRA 10% OFF* when you buy 10+ PC for a Day Items

    suggets that PC+ members should be getting PCFAD items for $1.79 each, but they are $3.99 in my cart. What am I missing here?

    We all know it is not your fault, Cris. We appreciate your efforts to get things corrected.
    This is what boggles the mind of customers: It has been nearly 8 months since we suffered through the store change that was supposed to solve all this. If in 8 months Daz has still not figured out how to use that store software, why do they keep creating sales rules that they are unable to execute?

    Adding the removed(?) Platinum Club bundle 9 to your cart triggers the "bought at least $0.01" to get the two items (Atrium Poses and Heeled Cork Sandals) free for non-PC+ members.

    I'm not sure what other discounts this triggers.
