    Cris, remember that no-one here blames or gets angry at you and the mods, as we are all well aware you are unable to do anything other than report it. In fact, I think we’re all kinda grateful for you guys because I firmly believe that without you, these problems would not get resolved until the physical daz office opens for the morning and staff get to work about 8 or so hours AFTER the sales start. 

    These problems are continual and on-going. False prices, incorrect advertising happens day after day after day after day. Not once does a new sale open with absolutely no price problems. Not once. Customers were promised these things would no longer happen after the new store software was implemented yet months later, there is absolutely no change. They may as well roll back to the old software cos everything is the same. 

    I simply will never understand why daz insists on starting the new day sales at midnight instead of when the physical office opens in the morning with physical workers, or remote workers are logged in and ready to start work.

    its just mind blowing how incredibly unprofessional and flat out bad this business has become. 

    At the moment, my only interest in this sale are the PC for a day items. Once this sale is over, I go back to rarely visiting here and even more rarely, purchasing anything. I’m tired of the rubbish customers have to put up with.

    I have to agree. The old store was less glitchy.

    Agreed 100% on both points. There's a sale that doesn't work, lots I want to buy, and all the people that can fix it will be in bed for hours, Maybe I'll forget to check back later and then I'll miss out, or maybe they'll fix it but it will be too late for me to take advantage. It's incredibly frustrating, but there's no point getting angry with mods or people on the support desk. It's not their fault.

    Today does seem particularly bad though...

    It really seems like they just don’t care.I'm sure they lost a lot of money with so many dumping their carts and they don’t seem to even check why. How can they judge what products sell well when they themselves are the ones ruining the sales? Sometimes I wonder if there are only 4 or 5 employees in the whole company. I just can’t understand how there can be so many errors EVERY SINGLE day! 

    I'm sure it isn't the case, but it does come across like it's an oversized mom & pop type of operation. It is so cringe, so often.

    I dumped my cart monday because of the issues, when I saw the same issues persisted yesterday I didn't even bother filling it. I wonder how today will go.

    Catch-ups have differed in the past. The PCFAD tonight is 3.99 for everyone, 10% extra off for PC members. It is being corrected.

    This very much so, to me it seems Daz employees can only be as frustrated as it's customers I imagine.

    Way things are going, what it looks like to me, is that Daz has grown in size (FTE growth) over the years without putting organizational measures in place to accomodate that growth.

    I realize and appreciate you don't kill the messenger. This is just as frustrating to Daz. These things are not done on purpose. Everyone totally understands the frustration. Please remember when nothing could be done till Daz regular hours and they have tried to now make themselves available to contend with issues.

    Should the https://www.daz3d.com/iray-lighting-solutions-tutorial-set be in the https://www.daz3d.com/plat-for-a-day list? It was withdrew last time when it was $1.99, as it's too new to be part of the sale.

    Daz could reduce customer frustration and feelings of being lied to by Daz, if Daz would at least proofread their sale text. Nearly every day they write something that they later renege on. Today's $1.99 advertised PCFAD is one example. I remember when they used to honor prices that they advertised.

    Thanks Cris. But all the items in my cart are still 3.99 each. The frustration is real. Especially with the disappointment resulted from the MATERIAL advertising error (1.99 for pc+ members) together with the pro-bundle-eating-up-wearables-discount error which was not even solved until the free pro bundle promotion expired. I'm soooo done. Thank you so much for your effort though and I truly appreciate it. *heads to clear cart $177.42 saved*

    while I dump my carts frequently for several reasons as well, almost all knows and especially Daz knows, that we sooner or later will buy the stuff that we really would like to own anyway, and why... because we are all very very loyal customers, no matter what Daz does, because we are all crazy in some ways for something that is not really explicable and you can describe it as a kind of addiction wink

    I just wanted to check. Are these supposed to be working now? If it's still being looked at, please ignore me, it's just that people are talking as if everything works now. I just wanted to make sure that people are aware that there's a problem on these discounts as if nobody knows, it won't get fixed.

    https://www.daz3d.com/the-chihuahua-mega-bundle-for-daz-dog-8 says it contains https://www.daz3d.com/chihuahua-for-daz-dog-8-penelope-and-zorro-add-on, but this does not show as being part of any bundle.
