It seems to me the extra 40% is already included on the sale screen price - so no change in the cart. But, as is often the case, I cannot be sure this is how it is supposed to work.
Hi Mods, I got a banner for 8% off "every purchase today", with no fine print - I guess others have, too. It doesn't work on the fixed price sale items, though. Could you please notify someone to fix this? Thanks!
Oh, and the 'Bundle love' coupon doesn't work on the Tara 8 bundle, but I don't know if that's intended or not.

What's there to miss? Even with three bundles in cart and coupon applied for maximum discount, these bundles were cheaper on release. Pay more now? Not interested.
For example, all discounts activated, the Kiko 8.1 Battle Warrior Bundle is $22.99. It premiered at $19.52 (and included an offer to select one G8 Pro bundle for $1.99 as a bonus). Don't know about the others offhand, but I'm not especially motivated to check after seeing the price for this one.
Normally I probably wouldn't complain, but the banner pop-up strikes me as obnoxious given the lackluster sale.

I feel guilty, bought a lot of items 2.99 by 10 get them for 1.99 it came to just under 27.00 dollars and then three frees, was that a bargain or what, I don't know whether it was a glitch, I feel as if I ought to make good, thou shalt not steal and buy something else to make it up to 50.00 dollars because I only spent 27.00 dollars. Has this happy glitch happened to any one else. Plus yesterday oh Thank you DAZ I got the dogs and the collars all at 1.99 couldn't believe my luck. Ramens for a month I think.
Good day Rowanessque, as a 5 year shopper here I can state that every so often a glitch occurs in favor of the customer (rarely a major glitch greatly in favor of the customer). The major glitches tend to bring out a lot of discussion about possible guilt, what is legal, etc, etc, etc. The simplest answer is that each person has to decide how they will handle it. Legally, Daz has almost always accepted the sale without question (I think there was one unusual exception) ... and the implied responses are that the PA still receives their compensation. As you can suspect, a select few may take advantage of the situation. Others will avoid it completely. [ speaking personally, generally if I suspect something is amiss, I might get 1 or 2 items from my wishlist at a good price, but not go wild ]. Is that wrong? you will have to decide what you want to live with. If you do purchase something else to make the $50 dollar mark, at least you can choose something you want and can use rather than some random item that is of no use. Hope that helps.
Yes it did help to ease my guilt :) and you are right as long as I make good and my misbehaviour, to be honest I thought it would have cancelled the transaction at the sign of the glitch but it went through. Now do I wear my guilt with pride? hmm no I can't do that, I will do the next best thing and make it up. Like you said I can buy something I really want and that way I win, Daz gets its money and the people who make all these awesome fantastic things get their bonus too. Thanks for your input. x Guilt free, paid the piper and I now have more than I bargained for and Daz got what was theirs. My dog now has a support vest I must be barking mad.

it is part of the 2,99 or at last it's count since when you have 10 products it's drop to 1,99

It's weird i don't own it (i own the female version) and it's not appearing for me, i've tried to filter it in many ways and it's only appear if i go direct to the "artist page"(clicking on the artists name), then on that i can see it and add it to the cart.
Hi, has this maybe been forgotten somehow? The banner still doesn't work on any fixed price item although there's no fine print whatsoever, it just says 'all your purchases'. Hm, kind of a disappointment really. I guess it won't get fixed anymore ...

Got the product "dForce Blind to Love Outfit Set for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females" yesterday for 30% + the extra 8% so 36% in total. Today it is declared "Still New" and with the 20% code I could get it for 60% off. Thanks DAZ. Always a good idea to frustrate loyal customers on day one of a new sale!
I mean sure products get cheaper over time but a new release just one day after release? DAZ should reimburse everybody who bought some of yesterdays new releases IMO.
Boy, I'm angry. Got Cursed HD (new release from two days ago) and Blind Love Outfit (yesterdays new release) both for 36% (with 8% loyalty included). Today I could have bought those two for 60% (Outfit) and 44% (Cursed). Now that's loyalty, right!
And of course; "Cannot be used to purchase items already owned at a lower price. "
the thing is, we don;t know something is a glitch until later. I put stuff in my cart all the time and see what discounts combine, give me best deal, and when its great, I think about the past DAZ sales where there were many such deals and figure they doing us a great deal. I hit purchase. Done. Quite frankly, as hosed up as the sales often are, I think we need to just buy what we do and move along. no guilt. Like they say, it's only business.
DAZ seems to use that a lot lately for most of their sales. It really negates the 'low price guarantee' that we used to have. As a consequence I have started really limiting my purchases.
I've also noticed this. Probably it's best to decide on a max price for yourself beforehand that would be okay for you and also not make you grind your teeth if the items goes on steep sale the next day. I do think though that the HD add-ons thing was especially weird and unfriendly for buyers. I don't use HDs much so it didn't affect me, but the strategy sure seems ... strange.
Same here. For the most part, because of that policy, I'll only buy something on my wishlist if it's more than 70% off, and even then, I'll hesitate because I know it's the only chance I'll ever have to buy it. I have to wonder how many people have changed their spending habits.
