  • Please show carts or give us links to which products you put in your cart so we can test things.

  • I cleared the cache (though I don't see why that would affect a coupon) and I tried a completely different browser. I am standing by my theory that it thinks I used the coupon before unless someone knows why this couldn't be the case.

    As Cris said, maybe you post your cart screen cap here so that others might spot what's possibly wrong?

    I'm betting when the others in the US wake up you are going to find more people with the same problem. The coupon was probably from a blink flash sale that Europeans missed out on.

    This cart worked for me. Milton went to 70% so I can only suggest a ticket at this point. Did you try another browser or device?

    GhostDog tried. If the culprit really is the repeated coupon code then it all makes sense because I also missed that massive flash sale.

    As someone who missed that particular flash sale (ugh I still can't get over with the fact I couldn't use the 80% off coupon code), I feel sorry... not sorry for you. Just kidding. Don't get mad at me. I think having 5 70% off items all at once is not really a very big incentive, you know if you can wait, eventually you will buy them in 5 different flash sales at most (plus you don't need to add that new item as the catalyst!). Maybe there will be even more awesome products in the future. At where I live there's a saying that losing something might be a blessing in disguise.

  • LOL or maybe this is the revenge of the coupon that upset so many Europeans. Now the same coupon rewards them and punishes the US users. Balance in the universe is restored and everyone is frustrated equally across the globe. wink

    Lol yes... High five. But I also think you should open a ticket regarding the repeated coupon code, and also maybe the mods could help?

    that's the funny thing. There's only one item I want so I'm not that bothered. I've just been sucked into trying to be heard as I know I won't be the only one.

  • Doesn't work for me either and says the coupon isn't valid.  I know for sure I also used a CELEBRATE code during another sale recently.

    People who can check whether your theory is more than just a theory most probably aren't in the office yet.

  • So, the weekly PC+ freebie is free to non-PC+ members with purchase of a New Release. Usually it is free with any purchase.

     CELEBRATE70 was definitely a code used in the short-lived  promotion of the release of the new version of DAZ Studio.

    a couple of posts above KCMustang reports the same, and everyone who has used the coupon successfully has reported not using the coupon earlier in the month. Has anyone reading this used the coupon who used it at the beginning of the month?

  • I'm not going to submit a ticket because I'm not that bothered that I want to deal with Daz support, I just hoped you'd sort it out for the others who are sure to follow before they started shopping and getting frustrated.

    Maybe because people have just given up, I know I have its frustrating to get a code have it not work and then have it fixed long ofter you have signed off for the night.

    I know I have. if something doesn;t work, I don't care. Not going to submit a ticket. not going to worry about it.
    After years of store malfunctions, one would think DAZ could get it fixed. #1 would be to get rid of the convoluted sales and just do like they do with Fastgrab. simple.  New release ... give an incentive discount. A reasonable one for instant sales. give away some free items once in awhile to perk the customers. Maybe even points or by purchase...every 10 items you get a free one...something like that.

    I'm getting rather unhappy with these coupons lately that never add up properly with the PC+ discount. Why are we being sort of punished for being PC+? I do understand if you want to exclude PC+ items seeing as they are so inexpensive anyway, but then just don't include them, right? And any new discount should definitely stack with the PC+ 30% off on DOs in my opinion. It always did so before, so why is this policy suddenly being changed? And shouldn't we have been notified about this beforehand? It just feels unfair to me. This way, the current sales make even less sense. *rant off*
